The stupidest people in the whole town must work here. Went in just the other night to get some stuff for my parents and I was floored by the stupidity. I ordered 3 things: a Medium cup of Chocolate ice cream, a Coco Cherry Bliz with Chocolate ice cream, and a Chocolate Shake with caramel. I watched as the guy put it in the computer, I watched it show up on the Order Screens. It was perfect on there. Though he did have to do the 1st item as a Large Cone, and told the guy that was going to be making it to put it in a cup.
Guy that was just supossed to put the ice cream in the cup had no idea how to do it and had to ask for help from the (I'm hoping just) shift leader...who ended up putting Vanilla in the cup. The Bliz was made with Vanilla, and the Chocolate Shake was make with Vanilla + Chocolate Syrup. Really?! On top of that my order was to go, and they made it for there. I nicely waited till they were done, in the hope that it was someone else's order. Damn wishful thinking. Told the two girls that made the items that it was all wrong: the base on all three should be Chocolate Ice Cream. One girl asked me if for the re-made Bliz I wanted Chocolate Chunks in it still. It's a COCO CHERRY Blizzard! What do you think? Then the same girl went as far as to tell me in regards to the shake "Theres no difference in taste". Uh.....excuse me? First off, just because your pallet sucks doesn't mean mine does. Second you work in Customer Service: The Customer is always right. Third, 4 different people all looked at the order while making it, and no one caught the "Chocolate" part. Omg.
Problem becomes that this is like the only DQ in Kennewick that has Chocolate ice cream ._. So when I want it, I'm stuck going there. From now on I'm going to write my order down on a piece of paper, hand it to the cashier, and have him pass it off to the people making...
Read moreAttitude reflects leadership. Itâs absolutely apparent every time we come here that there is no care or concern for customer service. Bad attitudes, unprofessional behavior, rude and disrespectful, no personal responsibility. If these people reflect their management in any way, then the management should be replaced without hesitation.
We had the pleasure of being berated by a drive thru worker by the name of Vera after she took the wrong order down and couldnât give us the time of day from start to finish over it. We held up the drive thru line trying to get what we ordered originally for over 10 minutes, which in fast food is a life time. Unfortunately she was so hostile and rude, we were forced to leave the drive thru and go into the store to get help.
For as much as we bring our family, our kids and their friends, our sports teams, etc., to this location - we just can not seem to have more GOOD experiences than we do bad. Tonight was the line in the sand for us and because of Vera and her horrific, nasty attitude - we will not be back no matter how many discounts and free cone gift cards we are offered.
Vera, you should be ashamed of yourself for your behavior. You acted like a complete child while ignoring the entire time the mistake you made taking the order that we simply were trying to get fixed. I hope you find a new attitude and out look on life, and learn to leave your baggage at the door when youâre in a customer service business. Customers are not your punching bag, they pay your wage.
