Kind of disappointed. I ordered online and I was specifically craving Sushi. I prepaid and went to pick up my food during my lunch break. Once I get there, the lady (who I assume is the owner) told me the website made a mistake and they no longer serve the sushi I ordered. Okay, no big deal, so I asked if I could substitute it for another Sushi entree and she said no because she was behind on orders. As you could imagine, that didn't sit well with me. So then I asked what my options were and she said she could either refund me or substitute it for a half order of pot stickers. Mind you, I'm starving and on my lunch break, so I accepted. After having eaten my lunch, I'm pretty disappointed with how they handled the situation. I get the system had a malfunction, but I specifically came here to get Sushi and left without Sushi simply because they didn't want to acknowledge the mistake or make it right. Food tastes great for anyone wondering, but I'm a bit concerned with how many people they've done this too. I want to come back because the food is yummy, but I don't know if I'm willing to go through this again. Very disappointed.
