I got two Tacos al Albañil of asada, two adobada, two tripa, and one of birria. I loved the tortillas, they were nice and crispy which was the best part. All of it was good except the tripa, it was soft and not crispy how I like it. One star off. Other than that, the green sauce was my favorite out of all the sauces. The habanero was alright and the red sauce tasted like plastic. If I come back, my staple will be the green sauce, tacos albañil of asada and the adobada tacos. Passing through Kennewick and was looking for some tacos and saw the great reviews here. Their tacos are bomb!! Simple, the way Mexican street tacos should be IMO with just meat, onion, cilantro and cabbage (prefer w/o it but it wasn’t bad with it).
