Edit: 1 star review I apparently liked this place enough to go back, however this time I felt ripped off. Aside from the dude at the bar watching YouTube or the like on his phone, so loud in fact my daughter and I moved to the farthest spot from him; we could still hear it loudly. The food was terrible. My burger was clearly pre frozen and super dry. The cook did not put it together right. All the veggies on the bottom and no mayo on the bread. I asked for mayo, put it together properly myself. The bacon was not crispy, it was floppy. $19 for my bacon cheeseburger. $25 for the pasta dish my daughter had. The strawberry lemonade was just lemonade from the fountain with a few strawberries (most likely frozen) thrown in. $5 for this beverage. The pasta and sauce were clearly pre packaged. Our dishes make me suspect nothing here is made fresh. I understand it's not cheap to run a restaurant however, I would expect two basic meals to cost less than the $60 we paid. This is not a well kept restaurant and I don't see how they stay in business when you could go literally anywhere else and get a good cheeseburger for less. In fact Denny's burgers are delicious, and I don't have to put it together or ask for mayo because they brought it to me dry. The waitress is the only good thing about this place. She'd get 5 stars if she asked the guy at the bar to be polite to other patrons and turn his phone down.
Burger was very large, slightly lean for my taste; it was not overcooked which its a plus. Fries are seasoned. The fry sauce is your typical fry sauce. Good ranch dressing. I'll be back to try something different off the menu. Maybe the...

It's okay, the chicken was juicy (this is actually really good for tri cities, it's more juicy than Graze's chicken but I do like Graze's salad more overall) but the flavors were just off and it was overcooked. The seasoning on the chicken is a bit bitter, and well so is the romaine. The chicken was under salted and the seasoning just didn't pair well. Croutons were pretty soft and there's just not a good combo of flavors and texture. The dressing was pretty good, but they included 2 huge dressings and if you were to use them both the dish would be way to wet and no flavor would come through, I used about half the dressing.
I think if they fixed the seasoning and croutons, and got some higher quality lettuce this could be 5 stars and worth the price but it just isn't as it is now. They could also have cold lettuce/chicken and fix the croutons and add a lil more salt, the bitterness would be less present in a chilled dish and could help with that texture from the cheap lettuce.
If you are use to tri cities standards for quality of food, this will probably be a 4.5 star taste and 4 star value for you. However, if you've ever traveled and had real quality food, or are a home cook this is a 2-3 star taste and 2 star value, Graze is...
Read moreDO NOT EAT HERE!
my fiance' became violently Ill after getting the Mushroom Spinach Alfredo. We ended up at the ER because she vomited so violently she had blood coming up. When I called the resturaunt the next morning to inform them, they tried telling me blatantly wrong information about how you don't show symptoms from food borne illness till 24 hours after eating food. ( any person in food service could tell you that earliest symptoms can happen within 2 hours) Afterward they shifted blame, saying that they were sorry she got sick, but it couldn't be their fault. They have a flippant attitude towards food safety. The hHealth Dept. Informed us they think it was likely a chemical poisoning in the food.
We had been watching their record for food safety visits because we loved their food the first time we visited, and then within weeks failed an inspection. It's safe to say we will never visit again after this final interaction.
editing to add that the owner called me and threatened legal action if I did not remove my review. Just to add some context to how this resturaunt handles...
