I seem to have a lot of trouble with this Taco Bell because they keep getting my order wrong. This time they messed up on one of my burritos. I wanted a beef burrito at sour cream, they gave me a regular bean burrito and it didn't even have sour cream on it. I tried to call the restaurant but they don't answer. It either goes to facts or the line is busy sometimes someone will pick up the phone and then just straight up hang up. I've confronted them multiple times on this and they always claim that nobody called. I'm tired of wasting my gas and the rest of my food getting cold because I have to go all the way back to this Taco Bell to correct my order. Once or twice I can understand but literally almost every single time is just nuts. Taco Bell was my first job. I worked there 10 plus years and I even trained other crew members. But the Taco Bell on this location is terrible. If you want my opinion go to the Taco Bell on road 68 in pasco. At least there they treat people like they're supposed to and get the...
Read moreUnfortunately this is the closest T-Bell to my work, as this is by far the worst one in town. They frequently get my order wrong, I never get the sauce I ask for, and they said (after the fact this time) that they only get 1 sauce per item. That’s not enough for food. I ordered 10 on the app and NOWHERE does it say that you can’t get that many, and it’s never been like that in the history of Taco Bell. Also, this place is the only one that randomly doesn’t work to order from the app. And don’t bother calling as no one ever answers and the phone line will eventually just do the “busy line” noise. The front counter people will literally see you come in and won’t help you. I literally said “excuse me” 5 times this last visit to ask about getting sauces, and no one would answer, despite the back crew watching me. So I had to wait in the drive thru to ask for my sauce that they wouldn’t give me. This is the worse service of any fast food place. If I could, I would give 0 stars. This is not how you...
Read moreDON'T LISTEN TO PEOPLE THAT SAY THE SOUTHRIDGE TACO BELL IS BETTER. They are so very mistaken. I have been a Taco Bell fiend for 10 years. This is, without a single doubt in my mind, the BEST Taco Bell in the Tri-Cities, with the one on Court in Pasco being a close second. The Baja Blast at Southridge has always tasted wrong, like they just cleaned the machine and filled it up, they take longer, and they genuinely don't make the food as well. The people that work there just haven't been doing it as long as the people on Kennewick and 395.
When this location was remodeled it was a sad, nostalgic feeling. The workers were displaced to other Taco Bells for the summer and after speaking with them, I could tell they were anxious to be back at their own location. I was there for the opening day. This is the best Taco Bell in the Tri. Anyone that says otherwise...
