New China Restaurant — Restaurant in Kenosha

Everytime i come here, I'm the only one walking in the door and honestly that makes me sad. I've lived in Pleasant Prairie for 4 months now and this is the only Chinese restaurant i go to. Their food is more authentic and flavorful than most I've been to since living in Chicago 20 years ago and that's huge! It took me 20 years to find a Chinese restaurant that i was happy to return to, not just obligated to because of their hours or location. I've ordered lots of different things here- beef, pork, chicken, and tofu dishes as well as their egg rolls and dumplings. Their meat egg rolls are loaded and delicious, their dumplings are handmade and taste fresh and the filling is amazing, their beef are tender cuts instead of fatty cuts, their tofu is fried beautifully, their chicken is also not fatty and is definitely flavorful - not that stale chicken flavor I've gotten at many others, and their pork is seasoned amazingly and so good! Bottom line, get your Chinese food here. Also they don't deliver but they're worth any trip you have to make!

Do not worry calling New China. The owners are well-spoken, even over the phone they are easy to talk to. Easy to order, you just give them your name and order to pick up. They are very friendly and in a good mood when you order! Its clear they love their restaurant.

The egg rolls are fantastic. HUGE egg rolls! I could have one for a meal. The lo mein was great. The box was packed to bursting. They have the best crab Rangoon in town! Delicious, perfect, crispy. They gave me plenty of sweet& sour sauce and I didn't even have to ask.

Awesome portions, cheap prices, get dinner here! The other places in town don't compare! This is the best Chinese food in town. So glad I tried it! It's by Ollie's, so very close to home.

I don't give 5 star ratings often, but this place deserves it. I order out a lot and this is the only place that seems to be able to understand that when I say I live in the upper unit they have to walk upstairs to bring me my food, not call me and make me come down to get it, some drivers don't even get out of their car (ex. Tacos to Go) . You have no idea how many delivery guys have gotten no tip for this reason. If I wanted to leave the house to get my food I would go pick it up. It's quick too! These guys are definitely hard workers. As for the food I have ordered a variety of things off the menu and never been disappointed. It is good, not like a lot of Chinese places where everything has that same taste. The prices are extremely reasonable.
