Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kenosha

So I've ordered from Domino's a few times a year since my kids have been around, not a real big fan...but the kids like it, they are usually accurate and the food is reasonably priced, so I tolerate it, but today, I had a driver I have never seen before, and boy did he ever make an impression on me. I ordered my food online, and it showed at the end of the delivery window, but ok, not a big problem, but then while he's pulling my food from the delivery bag, he says, "Oh I left your salad in the car", I gave him the cash and a tip, and said, Ok, I left him after he gave me my change and put the bread bowl in the house and walked back outside, where he was still looking through his car. He gets back out of the car and says, "Ill have to bring you back a salad, tell you what, I'll bring you two", knowing that now I'm going to be late for an appointment I have, I said, "Just get me a refund, I don't have time for this" and I walked back in the house and started eating, expecting, he's going to call the store and figure out the difference is, and bring it back to the door, after a couple minutes, I walked back to the front and looked outside to see that he had left...I ate my food, and waited, 20 minutes after he was here, I called store to find out what was happening, they advised me he was leaving to bring me a salad, informed them, "NO... I didn't want a salad...you eat the salad before the main course, and I need my money back, I need to leave for an appointment"...I believe the driver lied to try and not get into trouble with management and was going to bring back a salad to try and appease me for his mistake!...I am now late for my appointment waiting for "Bob" to bring my money back and thinking, This is ridiculous! THEN...45 minutes after he was here to drop off half my food the first time, he shows back up, with a salad and a snarky attitude, like this whole situation is my fault, and says "here's your salad, and your six bucks" Knowing full well at this point "Bob" doesn't listen, and explaining the fact he DIDN'T refund the tax or the tip is just going to slow down my day even more, so I'll just chuck it up to a loss, as I am just fed up. This is by FAR the worst experience I have had at a Domino's, I know, It's Domino's, where the food is about average, so I'm getting what I pay for as far as that goes, but if I can't even rely on the staff to do their job correctly, I just wont order ever again...If I'm going to have middle of the road food, I can get that ANYWHERE, and without a crappy attitude when THEY...

I have been ordering from this Dominos for almost 2 years and the last 2 times that I have tried to order online it has been nothing but a headache. The first time was on New Year’s Eve and we went online and placed an order for later in the evening, when the time came for the pizza and other items to be delivered we looked on the app and they had placed our order for the next day. Tonight I order online and placed my order and went to check out and I’m told that I don’t meet the 30 dollar minimum order to have my order delivered. Like I said I have been ordering from here for the past 2 years. I will not be ordering from Domino’s any longer. Expecting customers to order 30 dollars of food. It’s just me and my wife and we already have plenty left over not ordering...

I order online spending $40 with instructions saying please have my food nice and right so I can eat.
