On 09/07/25 @ 3:45pm: As I was ordering at the kiosk I overheard an employee that was working the drink station telling another employee that she opens the syrups by stabbing with her fingers. When the told employee mentioned that the drink employee had long nails, the drink employee said "Yeah, I know. I don't care". Loud enough for customers to hear. After going to the counter to retrieve a receipt, I asked the black female employee there if they were the manager. She confirmed, and I proceeded to tell her what I witnessed. When asked who said it, I pointed to the girl, and the manager I was speaking to informed me that she too was a manager. And when I said that then she should know that that is cross contamination then. After I sat down, I overheard the manager I spoke to telling the contaminating manager that she "didn't hear it so she doesn't really care". During the remainder of our visit the contaminating manager can be heard numerous times LOUDLY complaining about how she's tired of the syrups getting all over her hands. First, gloves, they are a wonderful invention, and if your cooks have to use them, then maybe you should too. Second, if you don't care about the quality of the product you are providing to a customer while working in the SERVICE industry, then maybe, you should find employment elsewhere. In a world with Covid, RSV, a bubonic plague, and more; it should be priority to make sure our elderly and children are at less risk of someone's nastiness being placed into things that are consumed.
Edit: @4:20 Just as I was sitting there, another employee started slapping his braids and rubbing his head, and then went back to handling food without washing his hands. All of this can be confirmed by GM and owners...
Read moreI am giving no stars because I have had my final straw. I have a food allergy, and have told them "no cheese" every time. I've explained it is due to food allergy. They ignore it and put cheese on it. I end up having to come back later and get replacements, meaning no breakfast, and sometimes get cheese a second time. I have talked to corporate about this, and their answer is to throw me a coupon for a free meal and promise to fix it. This last time, I find the cheese tucked under the sausage where it is barely noticeable, and came less then an inch away from possible anaphylactic shock. If I did not have a habit of glancing down at my food right before biting, I would be typing this, if at all, from a hospital ER. If you have a food allergy and need something excluded like I do, then do not ever visit this McDonald's. If you need your order right the first time, do not go to this McDonald's. I'm honestly planning to drive to a different one if I ever end up wanting anything from that restaurant...

I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but this McDonald’s deserves it. Most of the workers here seem like they don’t care at all—about your order, your experience, or even just being respectful.
Today, when I placed this review, I ordered two 10-piece chicken nugget meals. I only received 9 nuggets in each box—that’s 18 total instead of 20. For the price I’m paying, I expect to get exactly what I ordered.
I went to the counter and politely explained the issue. The manager took the boxes, brought them back—and they still had 9 nuggets each. I brought them up again, and this time, she snatched the boxes out of my hand with an attitude. I watched her go to the back, put the same boxes in a bag, and hand them right back to me—still missing nuggets.
I couldn’t believe it. I called her out, and only then did she finally get me the correct 10 nuggets. But honestly, it should have never gotten to that point.
Is it really that hard to...
