I ordered from Valeo's in Sept 2023. I was sent a survey about my visit and mentioned how we ordered extra sauce on the pizza, but it was very dry. I don't have a problem paying for extra sauce, which I did in this case, but please, put it on the pizza. I gave them my honest opinion of their dry pizza, but no one reached out to me. I decided to not give them my business for a while. Fast forward to May 13th 2025. I decided to try it again. Big mistake. Ordered two pizzas and one was okay. Didn't have the extra sauce, but at least it was not burned. The cheese/half sausage was very dark, dry (no extra sauce as requested). I couldn't believe someone actually put it in a box. My husband picked up the pizza at the requested time (ended up waiting about 10 - 15 minutes after that time) and when we opened the box at home I couldn't believe it. It was so dry looking and burned. Normally a cut pizza will be cheesy, gooey and almost like it wasn't cut. These pieces didn't even stick together as you will see in the image. During the ordering process online you have the option of how you want your pizza cooked and one option was "not brown" which is the option we selected. It really ruined our night as we couldn't eat together because one pizza was inedible. I told my husband to eat the acceptable pizza while I called Valeo's and told them I was bringing the burned one back. There wasn’t a manager on duty, but a lead. The lead said not to bring the pizza back and asked if I wanted to get another pizza at a later date. I asked her to remake it the way we ordered it (not brown and extra sauce) and we would come back. When we arrived the pizza wasn’t quite ready, but I showed the lead the pictures of the pizza and she commented that she would have not boxed it if she had made it and that the oven timing was off. I don’t think we ever really received an apology, just her saying “I’m glad we could get it right for you” and one of the kitchen staff that was cutting pizza in the back just glared at us like we were the ones in the wrong. The remake pizza was acceptable. Still dry, but at least not burned. My husband told the lead on our way out that if they want our business again she should have the owner/manager call us. First off, no staff should be handling food whilst actively sweeping the floors (cashier). Second, I arrive at my pickup time 7:20pm, cashier clearly doesn’t know where the order is and proceeds to ask the kitchen. The kitchen spends a few moments looking for my order & when they find it, it wasn’t the correct pizza but they say the cheese sticks are done. So the of course had to remake the pizza. & they Didn’t tell me this by the way(I’ll explain how I knew in a sec). The cashier then tells me it’s gonna be about 10 minutes “their finishing it up”. So I wait… and wait.. cashier is still sweeping the front entrance way, she heads behind the counter and at that moment, 7:42pm, 22 minutes after i originally arrived I hear the kitchen tell the cashier the “Re-Fire” is ready. MY remade pizza that they originally messed up was the re-fire. I’m irritated at this point so I go home with my food. I get home, gf opens the food and tells me the pizza is hot but the cheese sticks are almost room temp warm if that. This place thought it was okay to let half of the food order just sit and wait while they re-make my pizza bc they already messed that up. I call the restaurant to ask who is the manager on shift and she obviously did not know the answer to that question so she asked someone in the background “who would be the manager here?” Not sure if it’s an off day for the staff but this is not any type of service to keep people...

Now that I passed on dinner to write this review while my guests enjoy their meal… SOMEONE FOUND A HAIR in their slice of pizza! it was clearly from the restaurant as it was EMBEDDED in the cheese. I’m so sick!
I also feel the need to share my concern about the time it takes for delivery. Over the last few orders, the wait times have been excessively long. On multiple occasions, it has taken well over an hour, and most recently, it was nearly 2 hours for a single thin-crust pizza and when I got it, I HAD TO CUT IT. Whom ever “cut” the pizza did not cut all the way thru or even. I still CANNOT BELIEVE we’ve found a HAIR! I’m so very embarrassed.
I understand that delays can happen, it would be greatly appreciated if you could provide a heads-up when there are extended wait times. Transparency about the expected delivery time would help set realistic expectations and improve the overall experience.
I’m also not happy to hear that the person waiting for my order stated that there was priority and favoritism going on for certain customers and that they feel my order had been pushed back to accommodate those customers. I’m disappointed and hope that you take this feedback and do something with it. Although you lost a customer today hopefully you can avoid this happening to...
