I didn't order anything from here so I can't say anything about the customer service but I will say that the drivers are rude and unprofessional. They delivered to my neighbor two houses down and decided to park right in my driveway or right in front of it on the street I share a driveway with my neighbor and they had both of our spots driver entrance completely blocked. I said I'm not sure why you thought that was a place to park and the woman said because there's a car in front of their house. They are not professional and highly disrespectful individuals especially over the phone confronting them on a personal situation. We called to verify and make sure we were not references on a patron account because we don't want to have our credit report or finances being impacted by not giving individual personal permission to use our names on the reference on the financial application.
