La Michoacana Ice Cream Shop — Restaurant in Kenosha

I recently visited La Michoacana Ice Cream Shop, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. What impressed me the most is that they offer something for everyone, from traditional Mexican ice creams to unique options like cucumber juice. Their selection truly caters to all tastes.

But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. Yolanda, in particular, was amazing. As I sat there, I watched how she interacted with every customer as if they were family, bringing warmth and care to each interaction. It was my first time there, and she made me feel just as welcome. The service was fast, and the quality of the orders was extraordinary.

I've had their ice cream, popsicles, dorilocos, yogurts, fruit on a cup, gazpachos, and corn among other things on their menu and have not yet been disappointed (FOOD WISE). I love that they give you the option to choose the type of fruit you'd like to add on to your yogurt base. However I do think that stuff needs to work on being more friendly and attentive to their costumers. Its really a hit or miss on wether you get someone with a good attitude and that actually wants to take you're order. My husband was there picking up something for me and watched as one of they're employees saw how busy they were and instead of helping them she leaned against the ice cream fridges chit chatting to her colleagues and still laughing so loudly as if she was almost mocking costumers for waiting in line as she tended to her important topic of conversation. La Michoacana they have really good ice cream ! but the customer service is sucks ! they need more training. Every time i go there i ask for a bionico and they put to much sweet cream and a little bit of ice crem so by the time i got home the ice cream i melted into the sweet creamer and they don’t put enough fruit compared to when the owners are there and i got served by them. they put good enough fruit and ice cream that they can even close the plate. so this was my bionico by the time i got home . not good for what i paid !!! i felt...
