Carmen's Italian Ice of Kensington — Restaurant in Kensington

We used Carmen’s Italian Ice for my 5-year-old’s birthday party and I could NOT be more pleased! They were super easy to work with, very communicative, and the entire process was easy! Plus, they packed the FIVE(!) flavors easily so everyone could just pick the flavor they wanted and were able to grab the cup and go. I don’t have an empty pic bc the kids ATTACKED the cooler (supplied by Carmen’s!) - but I was very excited it was all consumed (the parents helped, too! 🤣)

I wanted to share my recent experience at your Kensington location. I ordered a small and a large twist on a sugar cone, expecting a noticeable difference in size. However, both cones were exactly the same size. When I asked about it, the young lady responded rudely and insisted they were different sizes, which was clearly not the case.

This experience was disappointing and has left me reluctant to return to that location. I hope you can address this issue to improve customer service and maintain quality standards.

Was excited to come try this, and was not going to write but I hope it helps take service to the next level. A few weeks back came for a cone. Daughter got a twist and the machine didn’t work. While it broke three people turned their backs to us, fought over the machine and then put the old cone back into the mix. Then handed us a cone tipped in a cup. My dad had an ice cream shop so nothing ever works as you plan. I guess I just would remember we are all seeing you in the small space, and what you do leaves...
