I recieved the worst wervice ever from this burger king. I visited the location on march 14, 2013. I ordered 3 double stackers and recieved 3 single stackers. I pulled back around to the drive thru and asked for them to be replaced. the drtive thru worker told me to keep the sandwhiches and she would be out with the correct ones shortly. I waited so long for my replacement burgers that i went in and ordered more food and returned to the car before i got my replacements. when she brought the order back out to me again it was single stackers AGAIN. I went in the building to complain this time and the manager informed me that she made the decision to give me single stackers again since we didnt return the original burgers. she had an attitude and would not even listen to what i was saying as i was explaining that the worker in the drive thru told us to keep the origianl burgers. she told me to go out to the car and bring the old burgers in if i wanted them replaced properly.I did, except for one sandwhich which i had given to my son to eat while we were waiting. When I brought them back in she made a big deal about it like i was trying to get over on her becuase now there were only two burgers instead of three in the bag. She refused to listen to me as i explained that we had handed the burgers back to her drive thru worker who then gave them back to us and told us to pull forward and said that that wasnt their policy. She also started talking about the whole situation to another person that was just loitering in the lobby about how she had never had a customer complain about a wrong order before and how ignorant i was for complaining. Also when i told her that i thought the whole idea of giving us the wrong order twice becuase her worker refused to take the wrong order back was just plain stupid at that time she told me if i didnt apologize to her she would call the cops on me. I wish she would have. I will never return to this burger king location as long as the owners think it is ok to employ somebody that feels it is appropriate to degrade and belittle their customrs. the drive thru workers name was Sarah, and the manager siad her name was Betty. I feel she handled the entire situation in a very unprofessional manner and was trying to antagonize me from the very beginning. I mean seriously did she think we were going to take the wrong burgers twice after we just complained about them the first time. it just seems like she was trying to be smart allecky about the whole situation. She knew i wopuld be in to complain again, and after my conversation with burger king corporate office, i believe that the way she handled the replacement of my sandwhiches was totally against burger king policy. I worked at burger king once upon a long time ago, and i know the world was a different place back then, but i would have been risking my job if i treated a customer the way she treated me. I am very dissapointed and displeased in the quality of the service i recieved. I will not visit this location again, and i am sure i will pick another establishment over burger king no matter where i am at for a very long time, unless i am personally informed of some type of satisfactory action being taken against Betty. She should not be a manager, she does not deal with the public in a very professional manner. I encourage others to visit the location on e. Main street if you feel like you have to eat at burger king, please boycott this location. and unless you are just a die hard burger king fan to eat at other locations in kent altogether. Betty is the worst manager i have ever had to deal with in all my years of eating at fast food places, and her entire logic behind why she gave me the wrong order twice just speaks multitudes about her...
Read moreI went here to get some food, I got the dragon mozzarella sticks (amazing) and the chicken sandwich. Originally, I had asked for it without Tomato, but changed my mind at the window, and asked for no sauce, either. The woman at the window was very nice about it, and I apologized for asking so late. They had already made it with sauce on it, and she told me it would be around a 6 minute wait, because they needed to drop more chicken. I was completely okay with waiting, and she told me to pull forward and wait, and that she would bring it out to me.
I figured I’d go inside and wait, so she didn’t have to come outside to bring my food to me. I didn’t mind waiting or coming inside. After waiting about 30 seconds, the manager (who was sitting in the dining room doing nothing, while playing on his phone) walked up the the woman and started telling her that she needed to “stop playing around” multiple times. He apologized to me and tried to take my order, and I told him I was just waiting for my order I had already placed. He walked away and started rushing and yelling at the woman, and proceeded to apologize to me for the wait. I told him I don’t mind at all. He told her she should quit and that he can run the place on his own. I thought that was really unprofessional and unfair, especially since the manager didn’t have any idea what the situation was, nor did he attempt to figure it out. The woman that took my order was very, very nice. She deserves better.

I just left there from drive thru 6/24/19, 7pm I ordered burger and fries and told the guy lots of ketchup plz. He gives me freakn 4 packs......REALLY?!?! If someone asks for ketchup ok 4-5 packs but lots of it should be lots of it!!!
