Just Pho You — Restaurant in Kent

Still one of the best Pho places I have been.

So many pho places around and they share one common downside.

Not fresh. The Thai basil and bean sprouts are wilted. Not here! They make it a point to bring out FRESH and plump leaves. I just don't get why others don't take the extra step for this simple fact. Just Pho You does have their stuff down. They get you seated and served! Lunch is their busiest time but man can they move.

Broth is homemade because it does fluctuate. Sometimes it a bit deeper but it's always right.

This place is always clean, fresh basil (not dried or wilted). This Just Pho You restaurant is a diamond among Pho restaurants.

Staff are punctual and greets you. They do a heavy lunch hour business and they know what they are doing. Fast and good service.

Food has always been very good or amazing! You can look directly into the kitchen.

I found them many years ago when I lived closer to them in Kent but I still go even from Maple Valley.

Expert level - they serve FREE Tea! Just ask.

Also if you are really adventurous... ask for the Ngo Gai (aka Mexican coriander) these long, slender, green serrated leaves are very fragnant and has a concentrated cilantro taste. This isn't served unless asked. It's free and really is more traditional of Vietnamese...

Just stop here and go visit them. Great little Pho restaurant. Once again, I'd never been but wanted to give it a try for lunch so I stopped in for take out, which is risky on Pho in my exp. Young man who took my order was very nice and professional. I waited for order and an older lady came out to give me my order. Very very sweet and kind, explaining how the takeout is with the ingredients in separate packages. She made me feel welcomed and good upon leaving. Don't hate me for this but I typically today do not tip for takeout (I think we tip too much today for the price of things) but I tipped them due to how well they did on service. Listen!? When I tell you this Pho had me on another planet! I got the raw steak/meatball pho and it was absolutely delicious. Upon walking in, I was promptly greeted and told I could sit where I like. It is worth mentioning that she was helping someone at the registrar but still acknowledged my presence. That was nice. The young lady that waited on me was so sweet. She asked if it was my first time and explained the best dishes. My food was brought out quickly by a gentleman (also super sweet and welcoming) that also made sure I paired my pho with the best ingredients for the taste I was looking for. Omgosh, I was in heaven.
