So rude. The cashier however was very polite. She has amazing costumer service! You need more people like her. Give her a raise! You go girl! On the other hand. There's a man that works here, super rude son of a B*tch! Excuse the language! My boyfriend and I was there a bit late, I admit. But it wasn't like we came there to ask for handouts. We ordered our food and ate it there. They close at 7pm, we were there before 6:30p.....Possibly 6:20. Anywho, This is why that man should punch himself in the crotch, for being such a douchebag. They had the news playing and as we were eating and watching, that POS turned it off and started closing up. Mind you it wasn't 7pm yet. The rudeness wasn't called for jackass. People like you test my Aloha spirit! All you had to do was open your mouth and say, "Sorry, our dining room is closed, but we do offer Take Outs." Btw! My laulau was warm and the chicken was dry. There's not enough shoyu in your teriyaki sauce, but your short ribsā and teriyaki beef was amazing. My boyfriend loved the musubis, so I wasn't really upset about the food....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHereās the story of my exciting DoorDash pick up order with L AND L specifically in KENT. I ordered it online for pick up in store.
I work deals and consult with clients for a living and was unable to pick it up for 45 minutes. I received multiple calls from them asking when it will get picked up⦠I was with a client for longer than I had expected. By the time I arrived, I mentioned I was here for pick up, the guy at the front had a smirk on his face, not a smile for happiness but a smirk and said āfinally.ā He got the bag out of what I can presume is a heater unit to keep the food warmed, and placed it on the other end of the table to where I had to walk over to.
By the time I got back, the macaroni salad amount was abysmal, the rice portions were small, and same with the chicken Katsu I had ordered.
To conclude, I would avoid this place. The one in Renton is much nicer, has larger portions of both rice and chicken Katsu AND their Mac salad. And not to mention, friendlier staff.
The guy at the front will offer a hilarious experience. And Iām not talking...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst experience at an L&L, and quite frankly, any restaurant I've been to in a long while. I went in for lunch after a work meeting. Ordered from Haley, who was too preoccupied with her phone. I ordered a mini BBQ chicken plate to go. I watch Jumanji until my name is called. Get to my car and I have... short ribs? I go back in and am polite. Accidents happen. Haley instantly tries to correct me, "No, you ordered this. Jason right?" "No, I'm Marcus." I've also never ordered short ribs in my life. "Well it's the same price. So..." "OK, but I ordered chicken." "Well I'll have them remake it. It'll take a while since we have nothing ready." I sit down. And as I'm waiting I look back at the menu. It's not the same price. Especially when you're charged for a full plate, not a mini. Needless to say, I confronted her. "We can refund you, then charge you the right price..?" I got a refund and left with no food. Not once did I get an apology. I was blamed for her mistakes he made while texting. So 1...
