MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Kent

If you would have asked me last month I would have given this a 5 star review - but I just keep finding health code violations and asking to fix it and they either refuse or laugh it off. I came in yesterday to see that they have closed the bathrooms (even though they work as I see employees use it) for now 2 weeks in a row so you can’t wash your hands, and then tell customers they can’t give them hand sanitizer or anything to disinfect your hands (at a restaurant where you eat with your hands). So the place is packed with people that can’t wash their hands and have not been provided hand sanitizer and are touching everything which is disgusting. I saw a dude stand in the corner and piss in a cup, threw it in their trash, and then touched a bunch of public stuff with urin on his hands because they would not let him use the sink or hand sanitizer. They then had the audacity to tell me I have to go the the restaurant next door to ask to use their hand sanitizer- which I had to do - and in order to wash my hands there I had to buy another meal at their restaurant, so prepare to buy 2 dinners to wash your hands if you do not bring soap and a sink into Mod with you from home.

This is unacceptable and a serious health concern considering their employees are also must not be using hand sanitizer or washing their hands if they are also not letting their customers do so that eat with their hands and are giving them money.

They are too cheap to buy hand sanitizer for customers or let them use their perfectly working bathroom (even just to wash your hands). This place is now a solid 1 star review and I will never go back. Every time you open their door or get a drink you have to remember how much urine, poop, and who knows what else from hundreds of people that day touched that before you go eat with those same hands.
