Subway — Restaurant in Kent

I had the WORST customer service experience ever. I went to get some sandwiches for a church catering. We wanted the catering they were offering but she said they need 24 hrs notice (which is understandable ). She recommended doing a 45pcs platter for $40. I asked her twice and she gave me the same answer. As she was making the sandwiches, she said that she can only make 20pc. My friend and I were confused and mad. We ask her why but she didn't give us a good answer. So she was going to charge us price of getting foot long instead. We said fine since we need to get back to church quickly. My friend asked her if we could get the catering tray. She said no. She will charge us for a price of getting 45pcs (seriously for a damn tray). We told the least she could do for misleading us is to give us the tray. She refused and started getting really RUDE to us. I told her this is a poor customer service. She started yelling at me!!! I told her she can't yell at customers especially when she was the one on the wrong (which she admitted to ). I told her I will call corporate. She kept yelling saying she didn't care. All this while customers are waiting. I told her 'instead of you yelling why don't she finish up so she could get to the other customer. She kept yelling even more. I seriously didn't want to get food there anymore but my friend insisted. I have worked in food industry and as a manager for a long time . This would have NEVER happened on my watch! Ok so not this subway but the subway in RENTON ON GRADY AND TALBOT, THAT'S ATTACHED TO THE CHEVRON, WHICH IS ACROSS THE STREET FROM AMPM. AND 2 BLOCKS FROM THE RENTON CITY HALL.....

BUT COUGHED DIRECTLY INTO THE MICROWAVE AND THEN ACTUALLY DID PUT IT ON MY SANDWICH AFTER I TOLD HER NOT TO THEN SHE ATTEMPTED TO PUT IT BACK AFTER SHE REMOVED IT.

IF I WASN'T IN A RUSH FOR WORK I WOULD'VE MOST DEFINITELY CALLED WHATEVER CORPORATE BIG WIG TO HAVE HER RELEASED FROM HER JOB IMMEDIATELY. SUPER INAPPROPRIATE. I WILL NEVER BE GOING THERE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD ANYONE...

I normally don’t leave reviews, but after today I have to. It was 8 PM Keep in mind they close at 9 PM I walk in, the first bit of floor that I saw when I walked in was not wet so I walked straight in. The first thing that The lady that were serving me told me was “I just mopped the floor. It was wet.” In a really aggressive tone, I apologized, but to my defense, there was no sign or anything that said that the floor was wet. I proceeded to order which I regret.
