El Habanero — Restaurant in Kent

Yes the food was good but the restaurant itself was horrible. Music would be playing,than stop for like5 minutes. They don't have what they advertised for beverages. I had to re-order my drink 4 times because the waitress would come back saying"sorry we don't had have that". I felt like she was saying that ,trying to make us leave. The waitress herself was totally rude. We weren't greeted when we walked in. She didn't talk to us until almost 10minutes after seating ourselves. Than when she would ask if we were ready to order and I kept saying no , she was trying real hard not to roll her eyes. Than when we did get our food , after dropping them off she didn't talk to us until like 25 mins later asking" how is everything" as she's walking back to straighten her hair pieces. 4.She was straightening get hair extensions not even 5ft away from my take , with her high heels out. And had a little girl behind the bar. I guess it was closing time, but she didn't tell us , and she started suing the place down , we had to ask for our check 3 times because she didn't hear us the first 2 times. By the time we left, the only place that had lighting was where she was straightening her hair. If I were to go to this restaurant again , it'd only to take...

Pulling up to the place with my girlfriend during the 5 o'clock hour and noticed that only TWO cars were in the parking lot. Then we were greeted by the waitress at the door and seated. Asked for our drink order and brought us chips and salsa. Never been to a mexican restaurant where the chips didn't come right out of the fryer and were cold. I being the optimistic one held on to my dream of good mexican food and decided to order anyway. So my girlfriend ordered her usual plain cheese nachos and on a whim added beef with a side of guacamole which they didn't have??? I ordered CHEESE enchiladas red sauce with rice and beans. We get our food and I take the first bite of my enchiladas with GREEN sauce and they put beef in it....as I'm doing that she gets her plate and it's covered in jalapeño. We left. Turns out the two cars in the lot belonged to the cook and waitress!!! Hmmmmm NEVER...

Terrible experience....wait staff was ignorant and had huge language barriers, not family oriented and the dinning was exceptionally dirty to be seated at a table with dirty napkins and the aroma of old seafood everywhere! Not to mention our food was served with fried rice and french fries, far from traditional Mexican food. To add on top they had no sour cream for the burritos and food we ordered with a $10 Margarita that tasted like juice. Our kids had to eat off the adult menu since they didn't have and child friendly options.

In all I would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone. Typically understanding of a restaurant and their specialties, they had nothing from kids menu/drinks to dirty eating conditions with terrible customer service... Worst...
