I live right down the street from this Starbucks location, my husband and I have been coming here for 3 years and have for the most part had our drinks made really good! Well not so much as of lately.. The last 3 months I cannot tell you how many times I have been given someone else's order, been given the wrong drink, or someone just didn't make the drink right at all. I have came back many times and was given 2 gift cards in compensation which by the way when I used them at a different Starbucks they told me they do not work!!! My friend and I made a stop here yesterday and had to come right back realizing as soon as we pulled out that my caramel macchiato was caramel free, and my friends same drink was basically just milk.. When we came back the woman kinda of acted as if we were snobby for wanting the drinks we paid $6 for.. She said she would remake them and we requested our money back she said oh well I meant to have those words come out of my mouth as well! Sure.. When our drinks were all finished they had about a good 3 inches of caramel in it it was pretty disgusting only drinking caramel blobs.. Great job Starbucks!! Read moreI am a regular Starbucks customer I don't even want to know the amount I spend within a month let alone a year However this In particular location Was terrible service Waited 20 minutes past the time drink was ready Is sandwich and drink were cold Or at least Barely holding any heat. Might want to update the app and Google For I walked about 2 miles One way to get to That Starbucks location ordered my normal Drink and sandwich But was unable to get them Like the app Suggested I walk to the entry way and that would be brought to me........ After 10 minutes passed still no order and no contact made from the workers within the store I decided to approach the drive-through on Foot While customers were driving to the window awkward And uncomfortable for both parties I assume Probably all 3 parties including The staff Although they were friendly and had smiles And I'm sure how do I have driven a car Everything would have been perfect however however unfortunately it was too late and I could not go back And that being a waste of a 4 mile hike And a waste of funds and time. Read moreSo far, my experience here has always been: I get good service and quality of food/drink- depending on if I tip… When I don’t/can’t tip- the order and energy ALWAYS changes. Idk if a Carmel ribbon crunch is supposed to be filled with whip cream (per picture), but mine was. And hardly any Carmel in the bottom- and it was made AFTER I paid (no tip)… I work in service industry as well- so I KNOW receiving tips is important- but ppl can’t always tip. And tips are nice but I never hold it against anyone who can’t/doesn’t tip… these folks always do….
I LOVE Starbucks and go a LOT- but I always try to avoid this one- this is the only location I have ever had problems at. Also, I have had really nasty, catty attitudes from people there in the past as well… today is definitely the last time I’ll go to this particular location. If you can - try for another one- plenty...
