We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights for business relocation purpose. To be fair, the stay was a mixture of pleasure and disbelieve. The good parts. We were picked up at airport by Karl (or Carl) sent by hotel. He was so nice and we felt picked up by a friend. The check in process was more than we expected. For a 3 PM check in, they accommodated us at 9:30 AM, it was more than we expected and we appreciate it. During our stay, we used internet, printer, and breakfast. We were very happy with all services. Hotel was well decorated and well maintained. Our problem started our last day there. We had "No Disturbance" sign on our door. Staff entered, no service were performed, but a sign of we entered was left on dresser. We thought it was done by cleaning crew due to lack of training, so we informed front desk during our check out process. God knows how wrong we were. We were informed BestWestern throughout US practice it due to someone died in a room, we were informed BestWestern check in process informed us and we signed off the right of privacy. Here is my answer.
Go somewhere else. The beds are really hard, but broken down. Where people sit on the edge of the bed is a deep depression, in a double bed there was a ridge in the middle and the rest was very hard not a decent night's sleep in a week. Worse they promise a walk-in shower and I prepay assured me they could not give my room away. When I arrived late because of a late flight they put me into a room with a bathtub. Worse the only grab bar was in the back there was no way to get in and out of the tub without letting go while there was a seat in it which I required. They moved me the next day, but refused to give me any compensation for the night I was forced to spend in a room where I could not bathe. Even worse the new shower and fold down seat, after 5 minutes in the shower the seat pulled out from the wall and collapsed. I had just had knee replacement , if I weren't strong , and didn't have good reflexes, I would have been seriously injured. I have sat on these same kinds of seats several times with never a problem, it wasn't installed correctly. When I reported this neither the person I spoke to then nor the manager ever asked if I had been hurt. In fact after the initial night when I asked for a refund the manager never spoke to me directly again. Had I not prepaid I would have left the first night. Some of the staff were very kind and attentive that is the only good thing I could say about this place. They refuse to give me my paperwork when I left saying it had to come from my travel agent, I was given no compensation for the wrong room and the...

If you happen to run into Penny during your stay, you will recieve the best service in the nation. Hands down. Very attentive, kind, and outgoing. She baked cookies for all the guests 😭
The rooms aren't the biggest, but that has never been a problem for me. Everything was clean, no hairs anywhere in the bathroom. Which is VERY uncommon in any other hotel. All the appliances worked. The bed was comfy and warm. Even the TV was fancy with different options to connect to my streaming services or devices. The internet was REALLY fast in comparison to other hotels I've been at.
Also, based on the news recently I was skeptical about staying near Seattle for work. The location of this Best Western really helped set me at ease. I've been traveling alone for work the past month, so anything that helps is a blessing.
There's a restaurant and a pub literally right next door, and it's in a good location to drive a minute or two if you want something different. Both restaurants are delicious and the people working the bar are friendly.
The view on the back patio is beautiful. Once you get over the awkwardness of whether the golfers care that you are watching its very peaceful lol
If ever I have work in Washington again, I'll be looking to stay here again! This is my #1 location for service and my #2 for room appeal.
