Not happy at all today with how the service and quality was. I ordered the same thing I always order a 24 oz sweet foam cold brew caramel and a asiago bagel and they tried to hand me a 20 oz and I told them I ordered a 24 and something don't look right here the sweet phone was all brown and foamy he said oh sorry took it back next thing I know he's opening the window telling me he's boarding my order and has to re-ring it up because he rang me in wrong that's fine whatever she made me a new drink and handed it out to me. The sweet phone was extremely minimal and I had a brown frothy foam all over it this is the worst cup of coffee I've ever gotten from here and I have been totally in love with bigsby's since the first one hit in Georgetown Kentucky I come to this one because it is fairly close to my house. I have worked as a Starbucks barista for a year. So ik how to make coffee and I hate to sound like a coffee snob but I was served burnt coffee or what a barista calls 'letting the shots die" the espresso machine shot comes out and is left out a bit too long so it goes bad.

I did go late at night so maybe the crew was tired or their was a newbie but I was very disappointed. The coffee I asked for was butterscotch and marshmallow lattes and I barley tasted these flavors over burntness.

So I spent 14$ on two burnt charcoal tasting beverages. I mean it has potential if the workers actually learn to make coffee right.
