Our Server Mandy was fantastic she was very nice to us and hospitable but, we watched as the people in the back were talking on their phones, and texting. I ordered an MVP chicken sandwich, it came out extremely dry, super small and half of it didn't even have any meat on it, it just broke off or bent like rubber. I sent it back and got a new one, the bun was overcooked and hard but it was okay. Half our sides were missed until before we left. Enjoyed everything else though.

Food was good! I enjoyed the sauces and the boneless wings. Our server was great and really made dinning there awesome. He was very attentive and so nice. We came around lunch and it was pretty slow but this dude was really doing it all. He was sitting other tables for other servers. Running food and greeting guests. I wish I would have gotten his name because he was great. Me and my husband will definitely be back! Good employees like him should be recognized and rewarded

I should start by saying I have been to this location 20-25 times so far since their grand opening, the first being on grand opening night for takeout and several dine in trips once restrictions had eased. The number of times I’ve been makes this review a bit challenging to give a specific “star” as I’ve had anywhere from a 2 star to a 5 star experience but I’ll do my best to explain.

Since they their grand opening was near the beginning of Covid-19, they have had the difficult task of adapting to those restrictions from day one. I will say they have handled it better than most restaurants I’ve visited which is why I try to keep coming back and support them.

The food selections are far and above better than your typical wing places as you have the option to make anything grilled, even the boneless wings or tenders and even the option for cauliflower wings. They have a better than average selection of flavors with several dry rubs and garlic based options outside your standard BBQ/Buffalo choices. Once you grab a flavor choice, you can even had a heat level to it if you want to up the spicy level a bit. I have had several other dishes many times and they rarely disappoint. Fish and chips seem to be cooked a little too long pretty consistently, but even then it’s still decent. Hands down the highlight food for me is the pretzel bites and queso or the ranchero tots, both of which are appetizers and both are absolutely to die for. I don’t always get appetizers at restaurants, but I do here.

The service is where things have been a bit up and down for me at times. Carry out has always been as good as it can get in a takeout tray, with orders always accurate and on time. In place dining has been challenging because of Covid restrictions constantly changing, but they have mostly adapted well. The one exception is on a night where restrictions were about to get tighter and they had $1 draft beer to drain the taps. That night we called ahead and were allowed to place our name on a list that estimated a 15 minute wait for our party of 4. We arrived and about 20 or 25 minutes in checked and were told we had a 30 min wait still, which was mildly annoying but I could understand, they were busy. We proceeded to wait and check in each time our wait was supposed to be up until it was about 2 hours in and we decided for one final update before leaving. They finally were cleaning us a table and we made our way to a seat where we sat for about 15 mins before having to get up and request a server. Now I will admit this place was crazy busy, and much of the problem stemmed from people not getting up or sitting by themselves at a four top. With that said I still have a few issues with accepting that. There were at least 3-4 tables that had people sitting at them for an hour or more that literally got up and went to another table once it was finally time for them to go to their permanent seating. This would make sense if there were seating restrictions or limited servers available, but the moment they went to their table, another party was seated and served.

The app is highly recommended as it makes ordering and earning rewards a breeze.

The last thing I will note is that whoever the manager or GM is there, his name slips me, is fantastic. He always checks that everything is going well and makes it a point to chat for a few rather than just “checking a box” that he checked on you. I can’t really recall a time and if so only once that he did not make an appearance at our table. He absolutely deserves some kudos, and maybe a day off or two because he always seems...

I would give this place a zero star if I could , I am by no means a Karen, but this place has ruined my dreams of a good wing restaurant in Shelby County. They are always overcooked or cold I have had several bad experiences with maybe one good one I typically eat here maybe once a year to check it out and see if it’s gotten any better today of all days I was still proving Right about what a terrible ran restaurant it is or maybe it’s just not that good in general but my wings were way overdone meat with dry inside. Pretty darn crispy on the outer side. A flavor was messed up. We had ordered garlic Parmesan. Pretty sure buffalo was what was brought Out waitress then said oh shoot I forgot to add the Parmesan one second came back with a cup of Parmesan and said here you go not only that the one drink I received was the only drink I was able to have Not a do you need a refill Or a to go cup nothing ,I could rent for days About the five times that I maybe tried this specific location and 4/5 have been bad , it legit Five minutes away from my home it has wings ,chicken, Sports entertainment on the televisions what more could a guy asked for I have had a bad visit maybe once or twice at some of the other local restaurants But I always give them the benefit of the doubt For some, it’s not their night, but if this place has consistency Or anything it’s always bad food Or bad service or in some cases both , please Bar rescue or Gordon Ramsay come save this...

I go to the Wings and Rings in Bardstown often. Always excellent service and additudes. I came in to the Shelbyville store to grab a quick lunch and to go order. My server never smiled or seem friendly at all. I placed my dine in order and I ask for a sauce to be put on the side so that my fries would not get soggy. Once I received my dine in food the sauce was on the fries. I pointed that out and with a smile said ...I wantd to be able to take them home that's why I ask for the sauce on the side. I went to start eating...I'm starving..and she took the fires back to the kitchen. I ate a few wings drank my beverage. Once my to go order was ready and my dine in fries they came out together. 🙄. I ask do I need to pay for these. She said yeah.. I said well they should have came out correctly with my order or you could have left the others so I could have eaten them with my meal. She just kind of snark.. I know it's only fries ... but come on. Where is the customer service in the world. I've been a waitress, I know how things are and the customers can be. But I honestly think I came in with a great attitude a smile on my face and received NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've defended cashiers over hateful customers. This person does not need to be in her job, with the...
