U.S. Bank Branch — Local services in Burlington

Talk about bankers hours. I'm a CFO for a business but, apparently you dont want our business! We have loans at USB in perfect standing, so much so that you keep calling for the 450k loan we working on. We have our payroll account there as well but, the N Ky branches are never open for those who happen to really work. YOU CLOSED DOWN THE BRANCH AT KROGERS but didn't do a thing to help out those clients that actually work til 5: 00 pm! The next closest bank closes at 4 M-H and 5 on F. Its closed on Sat!
