Biggby Coffee — Restaurant in Kentucky

I went into the Hebron, KY location after working late to get a Decaf Mocha Latte with almond milk. I waited until I got home which took about ten minutes to take a drink and Bam!!!! my mocha latte miraculously turned into some oddly gross minty and extremely sweet fufu glimpse of a coffee. I called the store to see if I could get a comp for my next visit and after telling my story to the girl on the other end the only reply i could get was "ok". I asked a few times if she wanted my number to be able to reach me once she spoke to her manager and I got a really snobby "sure". Finally the customer service fairy prevailed and the advanced customer service on the other end prevailed by saying "ok' again. After paying $6 for a small coffee and then this store getting it completely wrong and not attempting to correct the mistake I have come to the conclusion that I will not be returning to this millennial...

Management should know how unprofessional this location is. I have come here multiple times to have nobody greet me. None of these employees know how to steam milk for a Latte. There is literally a girl sitting up on the countertop on her laptop with her dirty shoes up on the counter. The countertop is not wiped, and the tables are dirty with straw wrappers all over the floor. This is like a teenager girls playground. If you are going to hire a bunch of children to run a coffee shop at-least train them to make a half way decent latte. Very unprofessional.

Im not into bombing places in reviews but this should be said.This was around 2:20. If this were the first time id had a negative experienced i would not have said anything.

Brunette girl with bun was very rude and visibly annoyed when I asked for my order to be fixed. Ordered a toasted cheese ciabatta and it wasn’t even toasted. my drink was hot instead of frozen. I understand everyone has their days but be able to come to work without being rude. My fixed sandwich took forever and it was still not toasted completely.

ETA: I was not rude and even apologized as I have anxiety when it comes to these kind of things asked for a frozen drink and my sandwich to be toasted again. I understand how it’s upsetting to remake however, An attitude was not warranted and the sandwich was clearly not toasted enough as the cheese is not even melted.
