Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kentucky

Haven't ordered in awhile, but times were rough after moving into the area. My girlfriend would paypal me some food money for doordash, always had about twentie something dollars left afterwards. So I'd choose a place to order from. At first it was very good, like five stars good, but about two months ago, everytime I ordered, without fail. There would be veggies I didn't order hidden under my toppings. Felt almost intentional. The first few times I was upset but also cool headed. Thought maybe it's just been a rough few weeks, things may have gotten messy and they were just struggling, but after it kept happening, I gave up. Even tried to get a refund, because I did not order peppers, onions and other things. I just order a pepperoni and kept getting things under them. I don't wanna sit there and have to pick my toppings off to find all the veggies. I ordered a pizza and expect it to be the way I ordered. So I've completely stopped ordering from there. It's like they are allergic to making money. Matthew is really nice tho, coolest delivery driver. However did have a guy named Michael attempt to haggle me for a tip. Got grumpy cause my broke wallet couldn't afford an extra one or two dollars for him and his gas tank. However the ironic part is that it's just down the road from me. Michael needs to stop haggling people for gas money who live right down the road from the dang store. And like, it's YOUR JOB to deliver the pizza. Anyways, I order from little Cesar's now. We order dominos every couple weeks and usually is great. Tonight we had a horrible experience though. We placed an order for delivery at 7:45 pm and waited an hour watching the tracker. Around 8:45 the tracker said our order was delivered. It was never delivered. We called and they said it might be because they're running behind. We waited until about 9:15 to call back and the guy who answered the phone said they called our number we gave when we placed the order, and the person who answered the phone said they didn't order a pizza . We never received a call or text or email or anything. He then proceeded to get smart with us and tell us we won't talk to him "like that" when we told him we didn't get a call at all. They offered a refund after arguing with my boyfriend on the phone, and the order was never delivered and we weren't contacted at all. Horrible experience and won't order from this...

Horrible experience. The order was placed on the mobile app and it stated it would be ready for pickup in 21-31 minutes. I was at the store 30 minutes later and it took someone 11 minutes to come to the pickup window. I was told it was just going into the oven and they'll bring it out to me if I wanted to park. 15 minutes later I walked into the store and was told it was in the oven. So I walked over to the racks and pointed out my 3 boxes that had been sitting there for a few minutes. I then had to wait on the sauces I purchased. After I got home I noticed one pizza was cut horribly, as if they closed their eyes while cutting and the other pizza wasn't cut at all.
