I went to the dining room last night at 7:50pm. My friend and I were the only customers in the store and there was one employee behind the counter. He looked at us when we came in, with no expression, and said he'd be with us in a minute. He proceeded to turn his back and catch meat slices out of the slicer. We waited, and waited... he filled a metal pan full of slices and took it to the back. There was a bunch of noise from the back. He came back around the corner, looked at us, said nothing, and started slicing meat again. Seriously. Not a word, just catching meat. My friend and I started to leave. He turned, looked at us, SAID NOTHING, and kept slicing meat. I went to my car, went back to the door, opened it and took a picture (picture stamp is 8pm- 10 minutes later!!!). Again HE SAID NOTHING. It was my fault the second time for not advising about the first time but I still got my order and the sandwhiches had the wrong bread, I donât know how this has happened twice when I have never had it happen before at ANY subway. I called because my sister wonât eat the other bread sheâs 8.    Read moreI walked in and it took maybe 4-5minutes for someone to start my order with 3 workers while they were making 2 sandwiches for an online order.. they should always get the in person customer first. But anyways they made my sandwich while blood was running down their finger inside the glove.. cucumbers were bitter as could be, I had to toss them off. There wasnât much of a sense of urgency. Youâd be better off firing 2 people and hiring 1 person who actually cares somewhat or has some hustle and pay them $5 more an hour.
