Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Paducah

Most Popeyes are good not this one. The customer service is terrible. The food is never that great and it’s always a long wait. We made a mobile order on our lunch break went to pick it up one of the sandwiches. It was a classic chicken was very rubbery and gristly. I didn’t eat it. I just ate a couple bites off the edges and put it back in the bag because it really was gross, I didn’t have time to call because I had to get back in lunch because it took so long at Popeyes and the lady when I called after I got off work to tell her she kept at acting like I was just crazy or something making it up when all she had to do was pull up the mobile orders from three hours ago. Instead, she proceeded to Ask me did you eat the sandwich and I told her I could bring it back to her and she’s like well I wasn’t even here three hours ago, so I don’t know what was going on so I kindly told her fine you know what don’t worry about the sandwich. I just won’t come here anymore which I will not, but if anyone’s thinking about stopping here, or dealing with this, Popeyes, don’t get happy and excited about it because it is by far one of the worst ones with the worst customer service , save your time and energy because they won’t even replace your food. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME,,, we haven’t been to this location in over a year as the last time we came we were very disappointed. We decided this morning to try it again for lunch to see if anything has changed, we went in to enjoy our food. The staff was super friendly and I was excited to see new faces because of the staff change. The little older lady who took mine and my wife’s order was super friendly and even asked about our morning or if we had any other plans, I complimented her on her customer service in which she tells me she likes to form relationships with every customer because you never know what they could be going through. It's expensive! But so is everything. 35 to 40 dollars for a family meal. We ordered a few of the 6 or 7 dollar meal boxes instead. We ordered, payed, then waited. Then the young lady in the window said that they just told her it would be 10 minutes on our order. Told us to pull around and wait. I asked, what pieces come in those? She said a breast and a wing. I asked if one could have a thigh in it instead. She refused. Said they wouldn't let her. You took my money without telling me there was a wait. I complied.
