I went to the store this morning. I pulled up to the drive-through to order my coffee and sit there for 15 minutes. Nobody came on the speaker to take my order, and after setting there for my 15 minutes I pulled around the building to go inside and order my coffee. It was at this point I’ll let the staff know they had nine cars in their drive-through. All of them were playing on their phones. After I stood inside for another five minutes, they took my order. I ordered two lattes for around 10 bucks. The girl who took my order, handed me a black coffee, even though she had just taken my order for two lattes. I finally get them to get my order, correct And they still made my drinks wrong. Not only did it take me 35 minutes this morning to get 2 cups of coffee, but when I finally got them, both of them were wrong.    Read moreI want to start off by saying that the employees at Dunkin are exceptional! Very friendly and kind. Today I went to Dunkin like I do everyday before work for breakfast. I always get a mango Dunkin refresher with green tea ,no ice and extra concentrate along with a breakfast sandwich. I have been going to Dunkin for over a year now. I’m there 6 days a week. Starbucks used to be my place until I had a refresher from Dunkin. Today I went and was told that they can no longer make my drink because they don’t have a up charge button. I never cared about being uncharged I understand with no ice comes extra product. I get it! However, I was told they can no longer make my drink. Wow! What customer service! Dunkin would rather lose a customer than find a way to up charge. Really blows my mind. Guess it’s back to Starbucks for me. Good job management for losing a...
   Read moreIt's pretty sad that the so called manager of this store was laughing at us the whole time we ordered our food and was not paying attention to us when making the order and kept saying "what was that" because she was too busy with other workers goofing off. The so called manager then ran her mouth and did not give us all our food at first and thought it would be funny to intentionally put just 3 donut holes in 1 paper bag and when they brought the food out to us where we had to go inside and get the rest of our food all while the manager and workers were all laughing at us and they acted this way infront of 3 other customers in the store besides us.
