Where do I even start. This place is distasteful in many ways. I feel that I have to say what I noticed which is all but 1 waitress were young skinny blonde/blondish pretty white girls and 1 that wasn't. I am only speaking about my visit but that is no coincidence and is absolutely disgusting. Our waitress was oblivious to our disgust (idk if it was intentional). We weren't rude or even said anything but with the amount of food that was left behind should have been an indicator. She did stay on top of our refills but that is about it. Now to the food. What really set me off is my 2 year old son's food. I stressed that his pizza be light sauce. I don't want his mouth to burn and mess. The food we got was not light sauce, was cut in large pieces, was sloppily made and none of the toppings stayed on the pizza. The toppings was a choking hazard. It was clearly rang up as a child's pizza. If it was a matter of just cutting smaller pieces that wouldn't be the end of the world but this was absolutely obnoxious. Then mine and my husband's pizza just like my son's was sloppily made and had so much cheese we couldn't stomach more than 1 slice. The amount of cheese made us nauseous. They did use fresh ingredients, that we were grateful for but that was all for nothing. I was able to taste the pineapple cause of the sweetness but other than that all we could taste is cheese. We did order wings too. The wings were actually decent. I'm pregnant so the spice level was great for me but if you're an avid wing eater than Buffalo mild isn't for you. They do not give enough napkins or ranch. We got 1 little cup of ranch to split with 10 wings. Also you can't get a choice in flats or drumettes. This was our first and last time eating here. We are new to the area and trying new spots. Tried it and we are angry that we spent over $50 for garbage when we could have ate Little Ceasar's for a fraction of the cost and got better food. We were going to come back and try spaghetti night but after what we saw and...

Now to get down to business. The pizza was a complete and utter disaster. There was so much cheese that’s all I could taste. The toppings and cheese kept sliding off the pizza. It was basically a sloppy mess. The bill came out to 50 dollars for me to walk away disappointed and still hungry but I can’t eat because the shear amount of cheese upset my stomach.
My son’s pizza was just as bad. You can imagine the mess with a 2 yr old and a pizza that completely falls apart. The mess was everywhere to the point I had to talk him home for a change of clothes and a bath.
The wait staff was completely absent. I had to wave down a server to get my check.
The food and quality is not worth the price point by any stretch of the imagination but I decided to give them a try for the first time and it will be the last. Little Cesar’s and Dominos puts out a much better product and honestly that’s sad.
I am sure this place was good years ago but now it’s a disappointment. The staff and management obviously don’t care about putting out acceptable and consistent product. I don’t know if they paid for all the good reviews or if their customers just don’t have taste buds. I would advise to learn from my mistake and pick...
Read moreOrdered 2 large pizzas online. Used a buddy card to get the buy one, get one free deal. Upon arrival, I was told that I would need to present the card to get the discount. I explained I entered the card number online and it was back at my office.
The lady working the window said they needed the card and I asked to speak to a manager. Megan, the manager, came to the window with a smirk on her face and told me that is says on the card that you have to bring it to receive the discount. I told her that I've been a customer for over 30 years and I've used Buddy Cards for at least the past ten years and not once has anyone ever asked to see it when I order online. She laughed in my face.
I retrieved the card and no where on the card does it state that it must be shown. I showed it to her and she stated "Do you want the pizzas or not, I'm not here to argue with you all day." Then she slammed the window in my face and I had to knock on it to get someone to refund my money.
I'm not sure what her problem was, but it's sad that LaRosa's has lost a customer over one...
