Today Karen was our waitress and she was amazing! Friendly, gave suggestions, gave us time to talk without missing a beat. All food was hot and super flavorful. We enjoyed our experience a great deal .... we had a feeling our previous experience was not the new norm.... thank you Karen!!

Just arrived and were seated within 20 minutes (length of the line) and my husband said that we would sit in the bar so our wait would be less.... we were sat and then 5 minutes later a Martine/waitress comes to us and tells us that we will wait at least 15 minutes to get drinks or service at all. She went on and on about how they shouldn't have sat us with her and that she wouldn't be with us even for drinks for art least 15 minutes. As a customer we didn't know what to do. The restaurant sat us.. so we had no place in line and this unfriendly waitress made it clear she would not do anything for us for at least 15 minutes. Right then someone dropped bread on our table. I said, "if we have drinks and bread then a wait isn't so bad..". She said, "i won't be able to get you drinks....." Well this is the strangest situation I have found myself in at a restaurant... kiddo was hungry so we let her eat the bread while we saw how this played out.... Martine helped everyone around us ... and at this point our kid was thirsty from the bread but obviously we weren't allowed to be served yet. And there was no bartender anywhere to be seen.... so we left... ate at jot India with amazing service and waiters that like big tips! Or just care about their customers..
In the time it took for her to tell us we wouldn't be served for 15-20 minutes she could have gotten us drinks...
No service sundays... That's a new one....

Read moreWow. I didn't know restaurant customer service could be this bad. Now I see that new lows are achievable. On 10/6/23 @ 11:35 an online/curbside pickup order was placed. After letting the restaurant know I was there, I waited in my car till 12:00. Wanting to be sure my food wasn’t waiting on a shelf, I walked in. The Manager on duty at the time was seen noting that part of the order was incorrect and asked the kitchen staff to correct the error. I was never approached regarding the error or the delay. The rest of the order sat on an unheated shelf, getting cold. Other staff (Kai?), seemed disinterested and burdened by my presence. I asked to speak to the Manager. Roughly 20 minutes later, she made an appearance. I expressed my disappointment in the delay and requested a full refund as my food had been sitting and getting cold. I was told the mistake was a “two minute fix” and the “food hadn’t been waiting that long.” 20-25 minutes at Longhorn apparently registers as 2 for them. She begrudgingly began the refund process and asked if I wanted the food. I stated that if it was just going to be thrown away, I would take it. She said, “So you want all of your money back and free food?” I understand that kitchen errors happen. Mistakes happen. It’s how those mistakes are handled that matters. Clearly this Manager needs customer service and/or conflict resolution training. You are not doing me or anyone else a “favor” by refunding money for cold food and bad service. Likewise, “free” cold and soggy food is not the “win” this Manager seems to think it is. Please do better. We placed our order correctly. The Longhorn website can be improved to prevent kitchen errors. And this particular manager should not be public facing until she receives...
Read moreOverall a pretty disappointing visit today. Service was insanely slow. When server finally showed up, we ordered an apple juice for our son, a blue moon, a wine and two waters. Apple juice was served hot with no ice. Blue moon was served with no oranges. After waiting 40 min for our food, our son’s steak (ordered medium well) came out dry and way over done. It also was insanely thin and looked like the cheapest cut of steak…definitely not what I would consider longhorn quality. My steak was not cooked correctly, but had good flavor so I kept it. My wife’s steak, however, was beyond unacceptable. The steak (a filet) was ordered medium and came out between raw and rare. It looked like it had never touched the grill. Manager took my wife’s steak back and brought back one that was bland with very little flavor and had a color to it that suggested they microwaved it. She couldn’t finish it. Our son’s steak was replaced with one to go, and so he ended up not eating. I told the manager that the server really missed the mark and wasn’t great and she admitted that they changed her station which likely messed her up. The manager had us pay only for our drinks due to how bad it all was. After the manager left, the server went to the host stand and was clearly talking about us to the hosts. The host and her pointed at us multiple times as though we had committed a crime. Server dropped the check off with no pen. She never came back, and so I had to go to the host stand to ask for a pen.
