I called an order in today (Cinco de Mayo) at 5:15 pm and they told me it would be ready in 35 mins. I showed up at 6 pm to pick up our order, thinking it would give them a couple of extra minutes as I figured they would be busy today. An hour later at 7 pm still no food. They kept bringing out online orders for folks to pick up. I mean order after order after order. But there were no call-in orders being brought out. When I asked about my order they told me that they are focusing on the online orders. Pretty much any call-in order was not a priority. There were several people there waiting for call-in orders that were very unhappy. When I asked if I should just leave or if they could give me some idea of how much longer it would be they told me that they did not want to commit to a time and they could not tell me how long it was going to be. My daughter and I went for lunch. I ordered the ground beef chimichanga meal, as always. It arrived hot. The first bite I took, I told my daughter it didn’t taste right. I opened it up to take a look at the beef, only to find pink ground beef. It was undercooked. Our server never returned to check on us. So when he finally decided to bring our check, I politely explained to him that the meat was raw. He sent the manager over to see what was wrong with my food. The manager basically laughed at me, and told me that beef has “color” to it, and the cooks check meat temperatures. He took my plate, with my entire chimichanga still on it, and told our server to tell me I was not telling the truth. I was forced to pay for a meal that was sent back and raw. Worst carry out experience I have had in a long time. Phoned in our order, my husband picked it up. He got home, I opened the bag, and there was a missing item and our order itself was completely wrong. I drove back, reordered and the girl at the front counter didn't offer even the slightest of apologies and was mad that I asked for fresh chips and queso. We live 20 minutes away and the items were too cold, after driving back and I wanted a fresh order. I explained why and asked if I was going to get any kind of refund since it was now an hour later and we still hadn't eaten and she said no, we don't do that.
