Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Cold Spring

1st time I ordered from this store. Ordered online. Pizza showed up quickly and was totally wrong. The receipt was correct but the item was incorrect. After multiple calls and 20 minutes on hold I drove to the store. They let me know their phones were down. They made my order correctly while I waited outside because they only allow one customer in at a time, which I think is good policy. They have a sign that management is requiring masks, however there was a gentleman in the lobby doing work on the ceiling light and no mask and most of the people making the pizzas were wearing their masks down around their chins with their noses and their mouths exposed. I really don't like knocking anyone but the level of service I received at Papa John's was beyond disappointing first off ordered my pizza gave him my credit card information they ran it then before they hung up I had to ask them when my pizza would arrive they said 90 minutes at most it took them almost 2 hours to arrive then when the pizza arrived the pizza was cold and taste horrible. Ordered delivery. It's been a while since I've done this because there is always a problem. And to no surprise, they bring the wrong order. I call the store and the person hung up on me. They actually answered, and when I said hey, sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I ordered a delivery order and they brought the wrong food. They person then hung up the phone. Then I call back to the main number and they say they are just the ordering line, that they can't help and immediately transfer me, which again the call gets answered and disconnected right away.
