This particular store is just, okay the friendly staff and overall cleanliness of the store give it a solid 3 stars
However this store is no different than any other Kroger there major downfall is that they're pushing everyone through you scan there's never any registers open there's always lengthy lines and more than half the available staff is shopping for people that are not even in the store.
I would like an individual to ring me out to greet me to ask me if I enjoyed my experience if I have any coupons is there anything they could do to help but that doesn't happen because I'm too busy ringing myself out at the u-scan which is getting to the point it somewhat unacceptable.
This is not a discount retail food chain we pay a premium price the least you could do is give us premium service or some service other than the fact that we need to wring out ourselves.
Not all of us are so lazy or so strapped for time that we can make up these excuses to where we need to pay a surcharge to have someone do our grocery shopping for us this is asinine and Ludacris there is nobody that is any more busy today than they were five years ago to where they cannot even do their own shopping it's ridiculous and Preposterous to even make such a statement.
Just think back 20 years ago when people actually had to go out and kill their own food now we become so lazy that we can't even shop for a room food. And this culture of laziness is driven by the retail change because they can save money having a robot or an automated cash register check someone out rather than a human because they don't want to pay them benefits they don't want to worry about all the things with come with employing an employee.
Do the workers at Kroger not realize that then pushing the u-scan is pushing themselves out of a job ???
If Kroger is all about their employees and customer service there would be a lot more lines open with an actual human to interact with other than in a tobacco alcohol line where they have to have an individual over the age of 21 to to...
Read moreI want to take a moment to recognize an outstanding employee at Kroger who often goes unnoticed but consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a seamless shopping experience. Anthony is one of those unsung heroes, quietly doing the essential work that often gets overlooked—he is the person outside, making sure that there are always carts available for customers to use.
While Anthony may not be on the front lines as a cashier or a manager, his impact is felt by everyone who walks into the store. His dedication is evident in the way he tirelessly pushes carts back inside, no matter the weather or the time of day. It's easy to overlook the importance of this task, but having a ready supply of carts available is a crucial part of the shopping experience, and Anthony handles it with remarkable consistency and care.
What truly stands out about Anthony is his unwavering commitment to his work, even though it often goes unnoticed. He doesn’t seek recognition, yet his efforts never go unappreciated by customers who are able to grab a cart without a second thought. He is a true example of work ethic and dedication. His quiet, behind-the-scenes role is a reminder of the importance of every position in making a business run smoothly.
Anthony’s hard work and positive attitude inspire me, and I believe he truly exemplifies the spirit of teamwork and dedication that Kroger stands for. He’s a true asset to the team, and I hope he gets the recognition...

Appeal: 0 out of 3; looks very crammed
Service: HAHA 0 out of 3; While the person at the register tried their hardest for my order, the overall service was TERRIBLE. The day I went in for my prescription, they didn't have it in stock and it would be in tomorrow, Ok cool (waited 10 mins in line).
Came back the next day and waited in line for 15 minutes just to get told my prescription didn't come in that day and that it should be in the following day (a lot of ppl here that day were agitated, should have taken it as a hint).
Ok cool, wait another day for my prescription. Day 3 gets here and I wait in line another 15 minutes. Somehow a coupon was applied to my account to reduced my order to $20. However, I had a coupon in my hand that should have given me the product for free. Long story short, their system can't remove coupons from orders so I suggested they make my prescription a new order and can the old order. So they tried that and somehow they can't get this coupon applied that I literally got from the Dr. office two days prior. No explanation as to why it wouldn't work. So after waiting about 20 minutes at the register (when there's only 2 registers), I still end up paying $20. Needless to say, I will be taking my business down the street...
