Typically I never have an issue, but the last time I came out with my son, he ordered a 3 way, and half way through it he found a lot of over cooked and hard noodles. He couldn't finish it, and said it was disgusting. My waitress only stopped by that day twice, which is unusual. Once to take my order, and again to bring the drinks, food, and bill. She vanished after that. When I went to pay, I told the girl who was not my waitress about the issue with the noodles. She said she wouldn't discount the price because he ate half of the food. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said there wasn't one there and I would have to pay full price. Instead of arguing with someone who probably couldn't adjust the bill anyways, and since I'd rather not get loud with someone in front of my son, I paid the bill, but didn't leave a tip. The waitress was friendly, but I had to walk up to the counter to get a refill on my drink. It also wasn't busy that Saturday, so I'm not sure why everyone was M.I.A. The others "working" were all committed to their phones and everyone gave each other a glance to see who would cash me out when I arrived at the register. It just seemed to me they knew the food was bad and didn't want to own up to it. I'll probably go back as it's the closest Skyline to me and this was the first time I have had an issue with service or food. However if it happens again I won't hesitate to dump my half-eaten food on the floor and walk out without paying. Hopefully my waitress, the cook, and whoever else were just having a bad day. It happens, and I'm willing to forgive, but I'll...
Read moreLove Skyline but this particular location leaves alot to be desired. From the server not listening to us and us correcting her 3 diff times on 3 diff issues to my money bun being so wet it was too soggy to eat. My chili cheese fries were hard and had barely any cheese. We are used the skyline on Turfway where they speak to you the moment you walk in the door no matter how busy, where all of the workers are very nice and the manager stops by your table to see how you're doing. In contrast, not one person at this skyline spoke to us or even looked our way. The table across from us sat for 10 min before anyone even acknowledged their presence. Half the tables were dirty even though they were not even busy. This was supposed to be a treat for me as it was mother's day. Definitely worth the extra 10 min drive to eat at the...
Read moreNot sure who owns this franchise however I was all set to purchase 6 dogs and four 4 ways, had a bunch of unexpected guests at my house. Drove up to a totally lit parking lot as well as a lit menu with all lights on inside. After sitting in the kiosk hoping to place my order after about two to three minutes two people came out of the back door taking trash to the dumpster laughing and saying we’re closed. Fine but when you’re closed or closing turn off the lights so a person that’s there willing to spend 50+ dollars won’t drive away upset not only because I have to go somewhere else but you’re laughing employees didn’t help. I was there Saturday night the 27th of May at approximately 940. I’m sure Dixie Cilili enjoyed my 56.42 dollar order. Might want to tell your employees to be a little more...
