Starbucks — Restaurant in Kentucky

I buy syrup and blonde espresso beans from this shop all the time, they have buttons in the computer for both.. the website says their first “accommodation” is blonde espresso, yet the manager, Maria, decided randomly that they don’t sell the fresh beans anymore and it messes up her inventory counts blah blah blah.. said she’s been the manager for 5 yrs.. fine. My boyfriend was in the Kroger 2 hours later and they sold him fresh Blonde espresso beans. So I’m just curious why my money was no good but my significant others was?

And the drinks taste watered down, just not good. I even bought an extra shot. I am not surprised to see a low star review for this store and it’s no wonder they had to build a real Starbucks right across the road. Maria has many bad reviews so wondering why she is even...

I’m kinda irritated! My husband bought me my favorite drink this morning as he knew I’d have my 2 month old grandson this morning. My daughter dropped him off because she had some appointments and I went to take a sip and it was so gross. Hardly any cold foam, no coffee taste, just gross. After my daughter got back from all her appointments, I asked her to take my drink back and asked them remake it. She gladly obliged. When she returned she said “The barista said, maybe next time tell your mom don’t wait until all the ice melts to return it!” Ummmm what?!! It tasted awful with ice! And I’m not dragging my 2 month old grandbaby out in this freezing weather to fix a coffee drink. So rude! Sad thing is the guy who said this knows my husband by name because he buys me coffee all the time....

Drinks are made good by employees, but the manager is probably the most obnoxious human being to grace this foul earth. She's the main reason I don't get starbucks anymore. Today I got reamed for not holding my phone correctly to scan it myself, ordering a drink they're apparently out of stock of, and for..asking if my birthday drink went off? Yeah, happy birthday to me. She also ignored us for a few minutes before even taking our order. No "I'll be with you in a minute" just straight up ignoring. She has a problem with younger people as she lights up a room if you're over 30 and ordering. Literally witnessed this multiple times over the last few years. This birthday experience is my final straw though. I'll travel to any other starbucks to avoid this poor excuse for a...
