Worst snappy I have ever seen by far and that is saying a lot my ol lady spent over $115 for them to mess the order up three times then tell us there oven isn't working so they can give us $50 of our money back are you kidding your gonna charge us because you made our food wrong so now we gotta sit hungry because you messed up I am furious will never eat here again well I went back on my word and tried to eat it snappy's again and I called late at night and this has been just a couple months ago my wife actually just let me know that I never got my money back though I called him I make my order they proceed to charge my card and then turn around and call me back 5 minutes later and tell me that they're not going to fill my order that they're closed down and I never got...

Cheryl at the call center took my order and while was rather impatient with me on the phone and acted inconvenienced by our order, she had to ask if her manager if she could add to a specialty pizza. I got to the Burlington store and I ordered a large flat bread(I order this all the time), Miss Cheryl at the call enter said, “We only have garlic bread with cheese.” She was wrong, this was a menu item...but I get to the store And the order was wrong. The store staff made what Cheryl got incorrect and made it right. Note- make sure you call the store and order from them rather than the call center. Lesson learned this time. Ordered for a delivery after waiting for two hours I decided to call and check on my order was informed it was out in for a pick up! Never have I ever picked my food up from snappy tomato pizza the young man who took my ordered said it was delivery and added the delivery fee so not sure how it got switched to a pick up not to mention after that long sitting you wouldn’t call someone to check in with them they offered to remake the order and have it delivered but I had already waited two hours and it was going on 8:39 having kids I told them no I wasn’t going to wait for another hour for food to get to me again and not show up.
