Wendy's — Restaurant in Kentucky

I took my dad to this Wendy's location this morning and the service we received was horrible! It was at a busy time in the morning, which I understand. However, we went inside to get our food where we were waited on by a new employee at the front register. Sometimes the manager helped him but she did not stay by his side and he obviously did not know how to do the job on his own yet. After waiting 26 minutes we finally got our food and left this facility. When we got home I decided to call to ask the manager what her name was. I literally had to ask her four times before she would tell me that her name is Joyce. She wanted to know why I was calling so her voice sounded confused and confrontational at the same time. When I explained to her what the complaint was, she argued that she never left the new employees side. She said that she stays with her new employees until they learn the job and she does not leave them on their own. In the 26 minutes that we were standing there, she spent more time helping drive-thru customers then doing anything else. She did not stay with the new employee like she claimed. Furthermore, she yelled at my dad for being impatient and she got snippy with another customer just because they wanted cream for their coffee. Very bad service. I highly recommend everybody verify the hamburger meat in their sandwiches is not raw before leaving the drive-thru window. I came through tonight and ordered a baconator meal and a 4-pack of nuggets. Sitting at home I ate the fries and nuggets and started on the baconator. I was watching TV and not really paying attention and made it through my third bite when a light reflected off the meat and brought to my attention that the burger - while brown on the outside, was entirely raw. When I called, I spoke to the manager Adrian. He offered me a credit order, but didn't seem to care that his store is serving customers raw meat. When I stated just how raw the burger was and said "you're going to get somebody really sick", he responded with "I just got here." When I said "I'm sorry, the cook - I didn't mean you." he said "it's fine." as if to suggest that I truly hurt his feelings. "Like I said, I can just give you a credit order". Look, I get it's fast food - its greasy and horrible for you. All I'm asking is that you don't add guaranteed food poisoning by raw hamburger meat to the list of problems - and if you do, at least act like you...

I went through the drive thru for something to eat at Wendy's in Burlington KY. I get to the first window, hand the girl my money, she has a hoodie on. What happened to fast food restaurants having to wear uniforms or something that says where they work at. I give her my money & she then drops my change on the floor & apologized to me. I ordered 2 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger's without mayonnaise & a large fry without salt. I received 2 Jr Bacon Cheeseburger's without mayonnaise & without tomato. I know we're going through a pandemic but did the farmers have who grow the tomatoes have COVID & cough on the tomatoes & we're not allowed to serve them on a sandwiches now. I mean it's only 2 or 4 slices on burgers. I also ordered a Large Fry without salt. I looked in the bag & it was in a white container. I literally asked the girl "Is this a medium fry." "She said no that's a large fry? I said, WOW, there isn't many fries in the container, all she said was sorry with a smile on her face." I'll think 2x before going there again.
