Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Kentucky

Update: We still havent been reached out to or recieved any kind of feed back yet. Apparently that's normal at this location. I read their reviews on facebook skme one recieved a sandwich that was bit out of and never received help. They dont even reach a 1.5. . . . .

We experienced the absolute WORST customer service at our local restaurant this evening. I have NEVER been in a position to where I ultimately had to raise my voice and request service from some one else. From the moment my husband and I pulled up to the speaker we were greeted poorly, very rude as a matter of fact. Upon arriving all we heard was "Zaxbys hold". . As we tried to place our order we were talked over and rushed away from the speaker, my husband was trying to order his dinner and decided not to, so we left with less than half of our original order. We had to order dinner for the rest our family else where. Upon arrival we were told a higher total than expected and asked that the order be repeated, there was an added item we stated that we didnt order cheese balls, I apologize if that's not the actual name them, she rolled her eyes and took them off upon her return she gave us a new total and we asked once more to repeat the order to make sure nothing else was on there since we stopped her at cheese things Pryor. When asked to repeat she huffed and rolled her eyes and by now a new person has walked up and our current helper rudely turns around and asked her to DEAL with us because she cant understand us. I was so irritated at this point I spoke louder and demanded she hand our card to the lady next to her and we recieve service from her from this point out. She rolled her eyes and walked away. Come to find out later The lady turned out to be a manager, I repeated what had happened to her and explained how awful our entire experience had been and apologized for raising my voice as to I have never been treated in such a hateful manner. She steps away from the window to take our payment and the original girl came over and shut the window and proceeded to laugh obnoxiously loud. Upon the return of the manager to give us back our card she leaves the window open for a second to turn and get our order and the other girl returns again and abruptly shuts the door once more, mind you during this time we are not instigating a thing and are more giving each other looks due to being in absolute shock of how we were being treated. I asked the name due to I was going to be reaching out because it was wrong. I was told to wait, then once more the door was shut. When our food was finally brought over I asked if our current helper was a manager and was told yes. Once more i asked a name and explained I manage a business as well and I was absolutely appalled by our treatment and her employees actions. She gave us a name and once more I ended up appologizing to her for the other girls actions and my reaction. My husband nor I were ever apologized to. You could tell the manager was embarrassed but never corrected it and seemed as if it was normal. I asked if this was this way all the time and the lady had a sad look in her eyes that just seemed she was fixing to have deal with a headache as I'm sure the undisciplined employee will now be hyper and continue to act inappropriately. This was my first experience to break breaded chicken in a Zaxby's establishment. My oldest child often eats here and in her words:" the ZAX sauce is what it's all about". My wife and I ordered food for the fam and ourselves, it was fresh, pretty fast and the seasoning was applied moderately to complement the lush, crispy consistency of the crinkle cut fries. As my wife removed the foil to her ranch dip, our son said : "what about the ZAX sauce momma?" Surprised and not privy to the flavor of the sauce she had never tried....she went for it. After she lathered the tip of her chicken finger and went for a bite, she guided the meat carefully into her mouth and upon tastebud first contact...well, her tongue took control of the situation, sucking the golden fried fingers into mouth devoured the sauce end and salivated until the next bite came towards the moistened glands asking for more ZAX sauce. So, the food is great, the sauce is great.... The atmosphere.....is similar to that of the barren Arctic ice fields of Greenland, with subarctic air conditioned temperatures support the growth of goosebumps on patrons just trying to feed their addiction to the saliva inducing sauce supplied with any poultry purchase.... I love Zaxbys!! Or at least I usually love Zaxbys! Our last visit was not good at all. Not looking for free food or to get anyone in trouble. But if this were my business I would want to know. I’ve worked with the public all my life. I know even if your having a bad day you don’t take it out on your customers! The guy that answered on the speaker was not nice at all! Seemed mad that he had to take our order. We got to the window he was even more agitated . He practically shoved the bags out the window. We realized a lot of our order was missing. My husband addressed the issue nicely with him and he gave my husband a look that could kill!! Just very rude! No thank you or come back what so ever! We got our food fries were cold, we had fried pickles and they were standing in about a fourth inch grease. We couldn’t even eat the ones on the bottom. Just wanted to bring this to your attention so that maybe you could address the importance of being decent with your customers!! I never complain but I felt the need to voice...
