Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Paducah

It's Chick Fila...what red blooded, meat eating human would dare question the quality of their savory pressure fried dumplings of formerly feathered friends? The food quality was excellent. We purchased 2 nugget trays...1 grilled and one original for a birthday party. All the little girls were excited to devour those pearls of poultry excellence...with all the complimentary sauces they could dress the pieces in to create a custom experience for every attempt to quench ones soul for the glorious nuggets... My wife had previously called the order in , so it would be prepared for a prompt in and out...and for the most part it was pretty easy to walk to the counter and mention her name and request the order for pickup... The pickup ... Hmm... To those who have played the " Crossy road" app., I parked my truck safely in a corner that appeared to have easy egress and then realized I had to hop between two lanes of drive thru traffic, and one lane of customers slobbering over their bags of savory things engineered to enhance mood, boost confidence and provide serious distraction to otherwise safe and qualified drivers. It's hard to distinguish whether the little fellow at the kiosk is waving a checkered flag as I attempted to cross or if the patrons are just that anxious to get his attention first. Long story short, customer traffic can create unexpected long wait times, dodgeball technique honing and opportunity to get to know other church members longing for the same thing opportunities for personal satisfaction through chicken consumption. Overall experience... challenge the car lane, level up to the door, grab the goods and reverse your previous jaunt through traffic and you too can drive off with a serious opportunity to impress your guests with great tasting Chick Fila!🐥 Update.....8/22/2022. I made a stop by the stand alone location to visit some coworkers enjoying the faith evoking poultry on their lunch break. I had already eaten, so I opted to satisfy my sweet tooth with a cone of Chick-fil-A vanilla "Ice Dream". The name is apropos to it's substance. Immediately upon ingestion of this dairy based representative of soft serve sanctification, I was caught in a dream of what my taste buds could only imagine was happiness in the form of a flavor. I was taken back to every lick and twist of Ice cream I looked forward to as a child when I heard the words: " Let's get some ice cream". Great Job Chick-fil-A, for keeping the Ice...

I can't rate the food or service as we had to flee this place. We visited at 12:30pm on a Wednesday and this place was a disaster area. The app was not working for this location, the old "oops something went wrong with your order 400" message, so we were unable to order ahead. When we finally arrived at the actual location 1 mile off the highway (read the later part of this review) we were presented with a circus of activity with multiple lanes of traffic slowly circling the building, dozens of cars parked around, and inside was a madhouse of people waiting in line. We assumed that a franchise location is able to 'turn off app online orders when a place gets busy, hence not being able to order ahead. Just parking, walking in and immediately leaving took 15 minutes. I question the sanity of anyone who lives in the area that would even attempt to negotiate this restaurant at lunchtime on a business day. So, why is this? This chic fil a is located on the infamous "double diamond interchange " on Route 60 and Interstate 24, exit 4 in Paducah Kentucky. It is a mess you will regret driving into if you are looking for an easy "off and on" highway excursion. I don't know how many interstate exits rate their own Facebook page, but this is one of them If you are morbidly curious and love a good traffic fiasco, here...

I have never left a bad review for Chick-fil-A before, they have always been amazing. But today I go and order a nuggets kids meal for my son and a deluxe chicken sandwich meal for myself. After getting a notification that it was on its way I waited 10 minutes and saw people who pulled up after me get their food and drive off. I called the store to see what was going on and the manager said they were waiting on filets to come out. Okay, I guess all those people after me may not have gotten a filet sandwich even though it is used in the high majority of their food. Shortly after our food arrived. All the food was cold, including my sandwich that the manager said they were waiting on fresh filets for. It seems like they just forgot to bring it out and it was left sitting out there. I called back and the manager gave me the chicken sandwich meal for free, but did not refund the kids meal. I was very disappointed in the service and how it felt the manager lied to me about what was going on with my order. I would give less starts, but I have had very good experience with them in the past. But it seems like this locations service is declining. We have eaten there alot and the past year or so they have slowly...
