Culver’s — Restaurant in Kentucky

Culver’s is one of those “fast food” (for lack of a better word) places that you can count on for fresh food EVERY TIME!

Avoid the other more well known chains that uses frozen patties. Culver’s uses fresh ground beef and cooks each burger to order. They other offerings too but I can’t speak to them as I have not had anything else on their menu besides, burgers, fries, onion rings, cheese curds and their custard.

The fries are crinkle, my personal favorite cut! (Order them extra crispy), Onion rings, for me, we’re just regular onion rings. Cheese curds are also good since where I live, in the south, no one knew what cheese curds were. (I’m from up north. I knew what they were and would eat them not fried).

Their custard is also top notch! Daily flavors! Tons of different mix-ins!

Came inside for a to go order because my vehicle doesn't fit in the drive through. Asked employee if they could fix the drinks (three) and put in a drink carrier. They acted as if it was an impossible request. Told them the my last order they did it for me. Then she asked another person and they came back with Im sorry thats reserved for the drive through only. Then as I waited for the food the employees were still whispering about it like it was so preposterous of a request. This is exactly why other chains cant beat Chickfila in customer service. They haven't forgot who the customer is. I’ll be back but hopefully wont get mocked next time for asking for something so simple like my to go order being put together just like they would if I had went through the drive through. So I had ordered via Door dash for my order on March 19th and I want to go on ahead and apologize for just now posting this review, but I do not know who completed my order at the store but they did not read my instructions at all. I specifically asked for no pickles or tomatoes on my sandwich and for there to be mayo, ketchup, mustard, onions, lettuce and cheese, literally everything except for tomatoes and pickles, the picture below will tell you how much they listened to my instructions. I loved the Culver’s in Murray, KY and typically I have no issues with Culver’s but this just threw me for an absolute loop. I hope you will do better Culver’s of Paducah.
