Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Paducah

This Pizza Hut is average at best compared to other Pizza Huts in which I have dined. The restaurant is clean enough but older. The buffet is not very good typically, but in all fairness, many pizza buffets are not either. My most specific complaint comes about the repeated lack of accuracy on my orders. In the last 6 months I have gotten about 4 free pizzas because the staff CAN NOT seem to put extra sauce on a thin crust pizza the way other pizza restaurants can. I always order my pizzas with extra sauce. I have complained more than once but even the store manager was unable to get it right. I get coupons and have 2 specific pizzas I like from Pizza Hut, which are the only reasons I continue to eat there. My pizzas are usually extra dry and somewhat...

This place needs help in the worse way, people here are lazy unorganized, and down right rude , not only. Did we have to wait 10 plus min just to be seated,b because the staff was in back doing god only knows what! But the waitress forgot to write half of our orders down leaving half of us finished and the other half still waiting for their food and we only had a party of 5 and one of us being a 3 year old, that was the very last person to get her food in all it took almost 2 hours to have 5 of us get g feed never retuning...

Service was terrible, restaurant had only two other customers who had already been served, waitress had to be summoned for us to order she was over by counter laughing and talking with another employee. Pizza served with burnt toppings, they cooked us another pizza never an apology. Wings served never offered ranch drsg, we had to get our own also had to get our own plates to eat our pizza off of. Only received one refill husband didn't receive any!!! Worse...
