WORST SONIC IN PADUCAH HANDS DOWN! Out of the last 10 times I have been there they have screwed my order up 9 of them. I have never left a review on any company before but I have absolutely had it with this place. It's close to the high school so naturally when I pick my son up he is hungry and we keep going by here to grab food. I think this is the definition of insanity, keep doing the same thing and expecting different results. Today takes the cake. Waited 15 minutes for a hamburger, fries, (2) cheese sticks, and (2) cherry limeades. Initially they gave us our hamburger, limeades, and 1 order of cheese sticks after waiting at the window for 5 minutes. They totally forgot about the large fry and other order of cheese sticks. It took them another 10 minutes to get those to us meanwhile the line was backing up behind me. The car behind me only ordered drinks and I guess they screwed that up too because I saw the lady take a drink and hand it right back to the carhop. If I could give this place a negative star I would. Find another Sonic in Paducah. The other locations don't employ the dumbest people...

Waited a while for my order to even be taken. Then i get it and the burger smelled and tasted spoiled. And the tator tots were so salty they were not worth eating. They did bring another and it was just as nasty. Spoiled meat. I should have checked it at the restaurant but i didn’t have time to wait for another rotten burger, as i had groceries in my car I needed to get home. I tried calling the restaurant 7 times and nobody bothered to answer. So after tip, I spent $11 on horrible food that I couldn’t eat and workers that don’t even care to answer the phone. Edit: Don’t waste your time calling the number or using the website they give. All they do is tell you someone will call back that never does and lie about refunding your money. I’ve waited 18 days for a refund. Clearly all operations DO NOT care about their horrible service and...

Food is on par with this type of fast food trend. Prices are outrageous but that’s anywhere now days. What brings me back to rewrite my review after 5 years is the level of service that has clearly decreased. This location for whatever reason apparently can’t keep enough employees I’ve been told they closed the app order ahead because of lack of workers I use the drive through to see it’s closed due to lack of workers. You don’t get the app drink half off price because forbid you get to mention it when ordering cause the app is shut off they refuse to give it to you after cause they’ve already rang it up. I even said just cancel it and I’ll pull around again and reorder and mention it and the woman said it would still be the same price because I was the same person placing...
