I go to burger king every few weeks or so as a treat because I like their breakfast. I usually go to the one on E. Paris. It has hope service and got food. This time I was closer too the one on 28th st (#1340). So to save on gas I went there. The wait was longer than the average fat food place but burger king in general is like that. I simply sit my car off while I'm waiting. I ordered my food (2 croissantwiches and frenchtoast sticks). I paid the woman who was either not awake (which its possible since its common for workers to be scheduled for an evening shift and be in exactly 8 hours later (how they expect you to actually sleep is a mystery but that's retail/restaurant work for you) or she just didn't want to be there (which when your being paid unlivable wages who would) because she had no smile and rushed threw giving me my food and giving me my payment with a brief "have a good day" as she turned ad the window doors closed. I shrugged it off and drove maybe 2 minutes down the road to my destination and went to go eat my food. It was cold. Not like the "it's been sitting in my car too long" or the "they were slow and the food sat under a heating lamp a while". No it was the "they didn't even cook it/heat it long enough for the cheese to melt" cold. Overall I was not satisfied with the experience so I decided to fill out the survey they suggest on the back. I was also annoyed to did they were offering a free whopper only IF you filled out the survey AND purchased a drink. It might as well have been a coupon rather than an incentive. Regardless I want planning on using it anyways so I filled out the primary location information and received this message: "Unfortunately we have completed our data collection for this period. We value your feedback and hope to include your opinion in our next survey cycle. One survey may be completed per household in a 14 day period. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you the next time you visit burger king." Honestly, my opinion can't be that important if only so many are allowed. And tbh, I doubt I'm going back to this restaurant given that I see I'm not the only one dissatisfied with their service for the exact same reason. Burger king better up their A game. They're already behind McDonald's. If profit matters so much to the corporate America they'd better not lose sight of how they can boost their employees moral (because if we're being honest, this whole thing basically attends from employee moral). Give up your third home in the alps and pay your employees a livable wage and good solid working hours with affordable benefits and you might just save your selves before your company is too...
Read moreI walked in went to the bathroom before ordering the women's bathroom was filthy I will not go into details let's just say it has not been cleaned in days and to top it off an employee came out of the stall next to me and walked out without washing her hands she left the building so I proceeded to order my food even I was scared my husband was hungry. This place has been recently remodeled great but this place looks like it is it has never been cleaned for years. The soda machine has so many finger prints on it in felt gross touching it the floors were covered in food, the walls were covered in ketchup bbq's and whatever else could be one them. We go to order we were ignored for 2 minutes the a girl walked over and took our order she looked like she hated her life.it took then 15 minutes to make our simple order probably because one of the employees was standing right at the counter having a facetime convo screaming at someone and cussing talking about things that should not been spoke about at work. The whole time we waited two other ppl ordered and got their food and no one acknowledged us to tell us they were cooking chicken finally the manager got the cookie for our order and kinda threw the tray in front of my husband said nothing to him turned around and walked away went to the back and proceeded to have loud conversations with the employees. If I could give this place a 0 I would but I can't I will never go back here. Let's add that this place was not busy at all like Burger King never is because they are slow and the customer service...

Ordered a chicken fry meal, and bc of the person taking the order, I was only charged for a single chicken fry-asked to just purchase the fry, and the kid at the window was nearly so confused, I almost lost my mind, just trying to make a simple order and get to work within 5 mins!! Ended up having to report them to the district manager bc I was told I couldn't get the little French fry I ordered with my meal! Not my fault, as I sat there waiting for my fry with cash, these ppl must of had a terrible day and should of left there stories at home. Us customers have enough as were trying to order and THEY don't get things right, that's why they're "supposed to" read your order back to you!!!! I left my fry money at the window when I was told I WASN'T getting ANYTHING- Just Outrageous ! My passenger posted the video online of the manager's unprofessionalism & nasty behavior! 1ST thing their taught is that, the customer is always.. __???.... Yeah! Always right! Told him to talk to the guy who took my order, I don't need a manager, I needed my fry so I could get to work-this is ridiculous over a small French fry right now! Like wth!!!! ?? Maybe once he's gone, work or or what-have-u, things will tighten up there and we can all recieve quality service again!
