I worked in the food service industry for 6 years, 1 of those years being at this subway. I have a lot of patience for those that also work in the industry but today pushed me to the edge. I walked in to this store and 1 person was making sandwiches for the 5 of us in line. Okay, maybe it’s just a manager and a worker on and the manager is busy. Nope, the other worker and manager were hiding in the back. Finally the other worker came to help, but instead of helping me with my order he starts a mobile order. Okay sure that might get priority, they might be behind. As he finishes those orders, the manager starts my sub and gets it toasting. It gets pulled from the oven and set down. The other worker is still finishing the mobile orders with veggies so the manager grabs the sub of the lady behind me and puts veggies on it. Okay, maybe she thought that the other worker would get mine. The manager rings out the lady behind me first and walks around talking about how dirty the place is. I’m standing at the register with my sub in hand waiting to pay. They make the next 2 sandwiches before someone finally rings me out. Read moreThis is literally the worst service I’ve ever received. Hopefully a manager or owner is reading this, whoever you had on staff at 2 on Sunday, July 7th needs to either be retrained or fired. Not only was I mischarged for my food, it was inedible. Stale bread for my nieces kids sub... we asked for the kids meal and didn’t get it and I didn’t want to be difficult so then I just asked for a juice box and they charged me for a bottled juice instead. No one greeted me, or even asked for my order. I was standing in line and the worker just stared at me until I began speaking and I didn’t even know if he was ready to take my order. I had to repeat my order several times. He was shaking his head and rolling his eyes when I was telling him what I wanted on my wrap. When he finished my wrap, he didn’t even close it properly. There was way too much sauce and it was dripping all over. I couldn’t even finish my food because everything was falling apart. He put a quarter of a cup of mayo on my kids sub and because the bread was too hard, she couldn’t even eat it. Horrible. I’m never coming back. Read moreI ordered online, so when I walked in I went straight up to the counter. Not only did the woman at the register not speak to me, when I told her I ordered online and just needed my food she tells me to hold on and "we'll be with you shortly." She then proceeds to ring 5 other people up. I am standing there literally looking at my food sit on the counter for 10 minutes. I finally asked another worker who had come from the back to help me out and she just grabbed my sandwich and gave it to me. A simple task that could have and SHOULD have been done prior to me having to ask someone else. It takes 2 seconds to grab an order off of the counter and hand it to someone.
