I love this place, there is no better door to get international food at a very reasonable price. They specialize mostly in Mediterranean, specifically Eastern European foods but you can get so much more. A lot of stuff from Germany too. They have chicken gizzards, goat meat, lamb ribs, cevap (small spiced beef and veal meat sausages), a lot of veggies and dairy products you cannot find anywhere else. Their deli section has just been remodelled, I dare you to find a place that has a wife variety of feta cheeses (probably 6 different ones), olives and other antipasti items. Also you can get falafel, samosas, grape leaves, kibbeh... Try it, and but something you have never tried before just to live a little...
Read moreMemory lane time...to a time when Town and Country shopping center was bustling and filled with businesses that supported our community. The grocery store, the produce store, multiple restaurants, a pharmacy,a five & dime. There were yearly summer sidewalk sales and no disposable phone stores and no stores that last only a couple months. The parking lot was neat and clean and there was no gang graffiti. It was a nice neighborhood center and I want to believe it still could be but first the owners have to take pride in the neighborhood and actually care about the current state of the is retail center.
