Suki Hana — Restaurant in Kentwood

Chicken Teriyaki is my favorite dish! However, it must not sell as well as the others because it sits in the pan too long and the bottom become crusty, burnt, and oily! I always ask that my portions be spooned from the top and not the bottom which has been sitting in the pan too long and is burnt and oily like I said earlier. I tried them out again today, 12/27/24 and politely requested that my portions be spooned from the top.....well they scrapped up burnt portions from the bottom anyway and when I showed the young girl behind the counter and told her that I could not eat these portions she just shrugged her shoulder and when she asked the guy in the back, apparently said he wasn't going to do anything about the 1/2 bowl I couldn't eat and had to throw away! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Serving customers burnt food...

This place has gone downhill in less than a week! The food quality has consistently been going down but everything else is quickly following! The pictures show each meat entree includes rice and vegetables, and in the past including less than a week ago it has and you could also substitute vegetables for noodles if you chose. Today went and when ordering they said it is choose one only between rice, noodles or vegetables with the meat. They then said the pictures mean nothing and proceeded to gaslight me by saying I am wrong and it has always been this way, when literally I was just here with my daughter.
