The Burger Den — Restaurant in Kentwood

Went around 12noon super excited as we haven't been in a Dennys in long time. We are doing the line to get greeted an to wait for our turn. Three ladies were ahead the line. The ladies were sited by the greeter. When our turn comes, no greeting at all, we were asked plain "how many"? No greeting at all, no good morning whatsoever. Ok we said, along with a "Hi, good morning" Then, one of the employees (maybe a waitress) came to ask the front person "where did the black women" that was here went? The front/cashier/greeter employee said to the other employee, "she went over there and now you have "these two". We opened our eyes in disbelief and simply said "it's ok we are not eating here" and left. Where is the customer attention? This employees are clearly races, with no customer service skills whatsoever!...

Ordered online on a Thursday early afternoon. Called for curbside pickup (from my understanding that's how it was to be picked up from the text alerts I got). Called and Rebecca answered the phone when I told her I had an online order she barely pulled the phone away and said "Ion kno. Sumthin bout an online order.
