UPDATE: 8/6/23
After 2 years of being away from this particular location, they still have NOT gotten their act together. My party of 3 (Wife, son and myself) decided to give another try and it was worse than Father's Day 2021. We were promptly greeted by Maranda. We were directed to a table and given menus. We waited about 12 minutes with NO ONE acknowledging us, speaking to us, even interacting with us PERIOD. I watched as other parties with 4, 7 and 8 people total get seated and greeted by Texas Roadhouse personnel, offered a drink... I really do NOT like to be ignored when I am a paying customer. We walked out and went to Outback Steakhouse up the street. I think we are done with this location for good. We gave an honest effort to be helped, looking at EVERY server and anyone else in the area. No one paid us ANY attention. I'm used to racism sadly but this took the cake. Never coming back now. Messed this up bad, bad, BAD. You have been warned! Somebody needs to help this place learn how to treat people, let alone customers! IGNORING your customers is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! 🖕🏾✌🏾
Father's Day 2021 was horrible at this Texas Roadhouse. We had a huge party and called ahead and joined waitlist at 4:30p got there at 6p and was not seated until 7p. We had 12 ppl and was told that they would not seat over a party of 8 but brought in multiple parties of 10+.
They split our party into 2 different non adjacent booths and we had 2 different servers. My family at the other table had wonderful service from Myah! The table I was at with "Y" was a crapshow!!! We did not receive some of the drinks we ordered. Our service was very lackluster. Did not check back on us regularly. Our food was very cold. We all ordered Filet's and our sides were warmer than our steaks. It's like they had been sitting for quite some time. One in my party, returned the whole meal for not being up to temp. Moscato wine was flat.
When bill time came it was a total cluster. Our server did not remove items that were unacceptable. Was totally clueless to helping make it better...Then came Meagan the manager who did what she could to try to make it right. We did not want discounts, just wanted to pay and talk about our experience here and tell some friends.
Meagan was awesome....taking the time to sit down and really understand what the situation was. I know it was Father's Day and busy and she had been there all day. Again, she TOOK the time to address the customer.
I had to pay for my meal with my family on Father's Day. Should have been someone treating me. By the end of the night, I just wanted to pay for whatever and get OUT!!! I tipped the server that helped the remainder of my family at the other table.
This experience was horrible and I will NEVER go to Texas Roadhouse on a busy/holiday like this again.
Will be a good minute before I consider coming back to this establishment. Hope they refine the process...
Read moreWe went in on Friday July 5, to celebrate my mom's birthday. Our server was good and friendly in the beginning but somewhat fell short after we received our food. Side items were forgotten, drinks not recieved nor never asked to refill, 2 of our steaks were overcooked and food on presentation wise was a huge disappointment, the cheese wasn't even melted on the potato skins. At some point shortly after we received our food a male manager with brown hair, beard and red and black flannel named Logan came by and asked us how everything was. I informed him 2 of our steaks were overcooked. he asked if we'd like them remade but due to the long wait for food originally I declined as we'd already waited about 45-50 minutes for our food to come out and at that point I was ready to finish up and leave. it was about 10-15 minutes into our meal when my mother realized she never got her baked potato and our son never received his chocolate milk ( i had asked with meal so he wouldnt fill up before dinner) and we needed some sauces. So after waiting about 5-10 minutes for our server to come around I walked up to the bar where I seen the manager and asked for a chocolate milk and peppercorn gravy since I could not locate our server. he shortly after brought them to our table. about 10 minutes afterwards our sever brought the saddle to announce a birthday for my mom and then we wrapped up to check out. Our bill was 134 dollars and I was quite surprised that there wasn't some sort of discount for the steaks being overcooked or some sort of compensation. maybe a free app for next time, and offer for a desert, something. Logan did not even apologize for the overcooked steaks, nor show any concern for our poor experience this evening. I used to work at the Texas roadhouse in Slidell, Louisiana for 6 years, we were the 2nd in our district and this would've never been an acceptable experience at our location. The service manager for one wouldn't have walked away without care due to our steaks being overcooked without some solution that would work for our guests and at least an apology, especially when the same table came and addressed they hadn't seen there server in a while and needed accommodations at their table. I alone if noticed food was lacking in presentation would've took back to the boh and asked for it to be fixed. when I worked there we also asked the table to cut into their steaks to make sure ahead of time they were cooked to perfection. From a former roadie, Yall need to do better and be better. Side note. I called after we left to ask for managers name as he did not introduce himself so if he gave me a false name then I an unaware. over the phone he said his...

I’m writing this to Texas Roadhouse Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the dining experiences I have recently had at your location. During my last two visits, I encountered several issues that have left me quite disappointed. On both occasions, the food served to my party was cold, which is not acceptable for a restaurant of your standard. While the manager, Logan, was very helpful during our first visit and even provided a certificate for a meal for two to make amends, the issue persisted when we returned. Furthermore, Logan has now changed his story regarding the certificate, which is very frustrating. Additionally, the drinks served were notably light on alcohol, even when we ordered top-shelf liquors. This compounded our disappointment and made the experience very unsatisfactory. Despite Logan's efforts, I must commend Will, our server, who provided excellent service. However, the quality of the food was unacceptable and overshadowed the positive aspects of the service. I believe that the kitchen staff at this location, and potentially other Texas Roadhouse locations, need to be retrained to ensure the food is prepared and served at the appropriate temperature and quality. Additionally, Logan needs to understand the importance of transparency and consistency in customer interactions. Overall, I feel that Texas Roadhouse has deteriorated in terms of quality and service. I don't know what has happened, but the current standards are not up to par. The repeated problems and the inconsistency regarding the certificate have led me to decide that I will not be returning to this location. I value my time and expect a higher quality of service and dining experience, which I did not receive. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent future customers from having similar experiences at this and other Texas Roadhouse locations. Thank you for your attention to...
