Where to begin.... Let's start with the woman worker wearing a blanket who eventually handed us our food. Why in the world is someone allowed to be in a food prep environment with a blanket wrapped around them?
It took these workers three times to get two burgers correct. This started with us ordering two BK Stackers and receiving two burgers without any cheese or bacon. After returning to the drive through we received one correct burger and the other was again missing the bacon. We then went inside and the manager who I could see and I know could hear what had happened and stayed tucked away in the back while her workers struggled to explain how in the world they messed up this very simple order yet again. Then came the blanket woman....
The most frustrating part of this experience is that the store wasn't busy. They weren't dealing with a rush of customers at all. This has been my worst experience at this store but not my only bad one as their quality and food accuracy is consistently bad.
No one should go to this store. It needs new management and all new workers in order to be satisfactory and I just don't see that happening. These workers are THE reason why people argue against raising the minimum wage. Why should consumers pay more so that you can make $15 an hour...
Read moreI have lived around Keokuk since I was 5. I have never been so unhappy with this place before. I ordered 2 meals the whopper meal no ketchup md, and the bacon king w onion rings md. We waited 15 min to get our food and my whopper had ketchup both the fries and onion rings were almost ice cold .So I politely went in and stood at counter for good five min before I was approached by lady from drive thru when I again politely asked for the whopper no ketchup and to please get fresh fries and onion rings the lady took the bag from me and said nothing to me I went and sat down waited few min then walked back to counter as I stood at counter the same lady in drive thru answered her head set and I quote"I will be with you when I can" That seems extremely rude and unprofessional to me.I definitely will not be returning to Keokuk Burger King until I see better reviews and hear from others things are improving ....Only one gentleman asked me if I needed anything else and apologized for there mistake and he came all the way from the back to do so maybe the lady in drive thru should be in back and him upfront handling customers....If I could give less than one...
Read moreIf i can give zero stars customer service is horrible there were 3 managers there around 4pm none were in uniform and everyone was on their phones they look homeless and havent took a shower in weeks it took over 30mins for my order and a skinny scurvy girl handed me my food with straight up adittude she wasnt even wearing a bra and her pants were unbuttoned she said she was the manager in charged and had so much dirt under her nails it was disgusting and she had her kid screaming! There was also multiple employees just sitting around when i waited 30min for my food. Yesterday I went through and my food was hot fresh around maybe 2:24pm manager that was there was in uniform and addressed me by name and was very polite you need more employees like her she had a great smile and very clean even offered me a crown and i didnt even have my kids with me and i took 6 of them i dont know what changed in a little over 24hrs but it was horrible and is...
