Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in Keokuk

So I was waiting at home for my girlfriend to deliver me a medium cookie doe blizzard. When I arrived about 1/2 the way through there was no cookie doe at all. So I went back to see if I could get it redone or a refund. When I arrive I told they lady there was no cookie doe halfway through the cup. She replied with I added the two cups it says to do. And I was skeptical, my girlfriend told me she wasn't even the one who made the cookie doe blizzard. So starting off with she lies saying she had made the blizzard herself. After words I just asked if I could get a refund and she rudely grabbed the money and threw it towards me. Answering with "have a nice day." As disrespectful as she could. Would not recommend coming here to get your ice cream unless some changes are done...

I would recommend this store to anyone they are all nice and they caring for the customers we go there all the time during the summer my daughter is autistic she gets the same thing all the time one day she went there by herself the lady that wait on her remembered her from all the past visits and remembered what she gets she help my daughter and watched as she rode her bike back home a little bit as the worker was concerned as my daughter never...

This place is horrible. Was told they don't even have chocolate ice cream! How can a DQ NOT have chocolate ice cream. I ordered the oreo mud pie. Was supposed to be made with chocolate ice cream and then fudge also. No chocolate ice cream obviously and no fudge. Was a plain oreo blizzard with gummy worms. Will never ever go back here. Complete waste of money. Don't go if you want...
